Braddon Hall Hotel - Torquay

A lovely family run hotel, very friendly and helpful. The building itself has a lot of charm. Ideal to explore the surrounding areas and only a 5 minute walk to a variety of resteraunts and pubs. Will be recommending Braddon Hall hotel to all my friends and family.

This is obviously a well run hotel by people that are passionate about what they do. from entering the door Wayne could not do enough for us. We stayed 3 nights and did not have a problem of any sort. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

From calling us to assist with directions to booking out it was all a breeze. Lovely family run hotel as it should be. Full of advice if asked and not at pushy with it. Breakfast sets you up for the day and plenty to choose from. Would we stay again? Yes. Close to town and sea? Yes. Had a lovely weekend. Delightful hosts, who catered for my dietary requirements and were pleasant and friendly in all our transactions. Loved the quiet room and furnishings. Would definitely recommend to friends going to Torquay hotel is located within walking distance of harbour and restaurants.

Beautiful old building with the most attentive of hosts. Fabulous breakfast. Located on a very steep hill so beware! Would highly recommend.

We only stayed the one night on a business trip, but found the hospitality very good, the room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast excellent, I would not hesitate to re-book in future.

They really looked after us even took our dog for a walk! Really good breakfast including delicious fresh fruit and usual full english.

the double delux room was a large room at the top of the house with a good size bathroom , room clean and well decorated. lovely large comfy bed with great white bedding.The bathroom really needs a shower curtain and shower not that powerful but that was the only fault . The breakfast was great well cooked and a choice of cereal , fresh fruit ect. Althought […] dogs where aloud in some bedrooms which was not a problem to us (we do have pets at home) no dogs wher aloud in delux rooms so room clean and fresh, but we did not like the fact that the people with dogs brought them into the dinning room for breakfast in the mornings while you were eating.i think dinning rooms are for dinning and no dogs , they should be left either in the room or put them in the car , as not all guest like a dog under their feet while they are eating. parking was not great as up steep narrow zig-zag drive. we ended up parking on the road. town was a 5 min walk downhiil but seemed alot longer coming back up The rest of the house could do with a fix up as a bit tatty in places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The owners were very friendly, the rooms was clean and well decorated and the breakfast was good. Its an easy walk down the hill to the seafront and all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
