While the staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, during the school holidays when we went, they cater for a variety of school parties from around Europe - up 150 children at a time. The problem is that the children are generally poorly supervised and run rings around the hotel staff depite their best efforts making noise and playing knock […] and run on our door until well past midnight on occasions. While we do not blame the hotel staff for not being able to control the children, rather the teachers, or the hotel for getting business where it can in these tough times it made for a very difficult stay for a young family. The hotel is at fault in that the problem is exacerbated by poor noise insulation and lack of maintenance on the stair rails which rattled continuously and the rattled echoed up and down the stairwell. Even the GPS was confused by the location of this hotel, so maybe check it out on Google as well. We were a bit surprised by the decor of the hotel which reminded us of his Nona's (grandmother in Italian) house. Once we got over the shock, the staff were helpful as far as places to eat, the location of a beach and the easiest way to get to Sorrento. […] The TV was way too small and there were no English channels that we could find but the good internet helped with live audio streaming of a World Cup game. L'hôtel est moyen , situé dans un quartier calme mais décentré, il vaut mieux avoir loué une voiture pour les déplacements. Nous n'avons pas essayé le bus qui passe devant. Les carrelages de l'hôtel ont été refaits (sols murs) mais dans la salle de bains les moisissures sont visibles. Le service est tb, le personnel est serviable et aimable. Quant au […] petit déjeuner il est copieux et varié, on peut le prendre au bord de,la piscine ce qui est agréable quand il fait chaud. Nous n'avons pas essayé le restaurant. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhoerig. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sollte fuer ein 4 Sterne aber besser sein. Der Foen ist mir bei der Benutzung auseinander gefallen.
