Hotel Colón Rambla - Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The hotel was a little hard to find, but once you did, it was great. It is an easy walk into shopping and a 10 min taxi ride to the airport. The front desk people were very helpful with all our question.

This was overall a very nice place. The room was huge and the staff were very pleasant, and the surrounding neighbourhood is pretty. We were a group of three who booked two rooms in December 2011. Our rooms were very big and airy. One room could easily have accommodated the three of us as there was a big separate bedroom to the living room. The living room had a sleeping couch. There was also a quite big kitchen. One of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, even if we had booked […] non-smoking, but this is our only negative comment - hence a slightly lower score on cleanliness. Internet worked well in our rooms, less so in the lobby. Location is great - a bit away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough that it'll only take you 5 minutes to be in the middle of it if you want that. Safe parking in the Garage too (extra fee but worth it). Please note that if you use a GPS and plot in the street number, it'll guide you to a house closer to the "plaza 25 de julio" because of old house numbering, but the hotel itself is just off the Rambla. Plot in Calle viera y clavijo 66 instead - that's the house just opposit the hotel, and you'll have a much easier travel. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we heading towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife again. Đọc thêm

Super nice place! The receptionists could not have been any nicer, absolutely wonderful. The junior suite we had was very nice with a little balcony, large bathroom with a bath tub and a little kitchenette. A separate bedroom was nice when staying for a whole week, so we had the living room as our office room.
