We enjoyed our stay! It needs more work done the painting in the rooms need to be finished proper! The walls are thin and I could hear everything that was going on in the adjoining rooms and outside !! Our room was dark had to turn all the lights on to see!! The pillows were flat and not good quality ! Would I stay there again??? Only in a pinch!

Great location to Whiskey Row and major highway. The owner of the hotel has a great heart, wants his guest to be comfortable. Going thru Hotels.com we got our room for $45.00 a night. Staff was very pleasant/friendly and helpful. Very few amenities in room. Quiet surroundings which was nice.

No ice, bath tub did not work. People next door started fighting had to call the Police. Substandard breakfast. Dirty towel behind bathroom door. No coffee pot.

Was the least satisfactory hotel on our trip. No clock, no hair dryer, peeling walls, dim lights, minimal breakfast. The manager of the hotel was very nice and as helpful as possible however.

I was searching for a "cheap" room because I just needed a quick overnighter for a sleep and shower. I could'nt walk without socks because the carpet was so sticky. Walls, bathroom, furniture...all filthy. Still love Expedia. It was rated low but I thought I would do a $ saver...but learned my lesson.

I was afraid to use the bathroom! I laid down on the bed and it was like cardboard, and I was afraid of Bed Bugs! I will give that the hotel is under construction so it was not clean. I had thought there would be a hot breakfast, but there but there was just coffee,juice, toast or a bun. The bun tongs were not washed. Comfortable bed, good wi-fi.

The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful. We had an appointment at a local hospital and he was extremely helpful in giving directions and was very kind. Even though the room was adequate I would return just because the front desk help was so nice.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Checked in and the staff was just so incredibly friendly. Learned that downtown was just a mile away. The check in clerk offered to call us a cab. While Expedia rates this as a two star hotel, it is a one star at best. The hotel does appear to be undergoing a very slow renovation process, but, some of the work appears to leave the overall appearance lacking. Room had no baseboards, and there was a very unfinished edge to the carpet and the carpet, while it appeared to be new, felt very dirty. There are two rolls of carpeting sitting in front of the rooms, and based on the disentegration of the tarp covering them, they have been sitting there for a while. Hot water came out of both hot and cold taps. Had to take a bath because no mechanism for making water come out of the shower. Room was roomy and clean, granite counter tops, shower had nice luxury curtain. Room needs a coffee maker, because continental breakfast isn't until 7am. I get up much earlier than that. Breakfast is nothing, toast and a sweet danish....... If they add the coffee makers in the room, i would stay here again.

I was not expecting too much for the price. The room was decorated nicely however the shower/bath has not been replaced and wasted water. I was grossed out when I went to take a shower and the soap from the previous occupant was still in the shower! In the morning (8:00 am) there was no one at the office so no coffee! This hotel needs a lot of "TLC" exterior and interior. The pillows were hard as a rock (I forgot mine). Eventhough the hotel does providesyou with an iron and a blow dryer, you have to go to the office to get it (but at least it was available :D). The staff is doing the best it can with outdated facilities. It's time to gut this building and remodel. There's very little light in the bath area. Pool out of service and needs to be refurbished. Continental breakfast was horrible. Stale white bread, bad coffee, warm orange drink and a .10 cent pastry. If you need a place to sleep its ok. Not for a vacation or more than a couple of nights. Young lady in Office was pleasant and helpful.

it was nice and clean but old so the roof of the office needs repair and the pool was empty. guess they are fixing it up for the winter. Over all it was pretty good and the office people were very nice and friendly.

The motel was conveniently located for our visit to Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Dewey AZ. The condition of the motel was not good. Long gone are the days when this motel was in good condition. I will say that everything worked in the room, check in was easy, breakfast was only so so with rolls being offered, coffee, and orange juice. The motel had a recent remodel, although the bathtub, etc. was still old. The room was clean and the manager, Kevin, was excellent. An extremely nice gentleman and very concerned with us being comfortable and having everything we needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Very disappointed that the pool was not available. I did read that the pool was being remodeled but that was one year ago. Figured it would be completed after a year. Wrong. Plumbing exposed in bathroom; wondered what would crawl out. Also a hole behind the bathroom door. Worn out furniture and general unclean appearance. The bed was terrible; it was old and sagged in the middle. The front desk person was rude and not helpful. I couldn't wait to leave.

We were in the area for appointments at the VAMC and it was just down the road. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Prescott and this by far was the best experience. The staff was wonderfully awesome!!! We checked in very late and left very early but the front desk was pleasant none the less. The only reson for the 3 in condition and maintanence […] was because they are in the middle of renovstions and they just had not gotten to our room. The room had several problems - one of them being the noise level of the surrounding rooms with people up all night partying, coughing and very loud. The walls seemed paper thin. Paint was peeling and cracked, amenities were slim. I would not stay here again.
