The Willow House - Norfolk (hạt)

Stayed here for 2 nights over the Christmas holiday. Reserved 2 rooms, both with king size beds, for our family of four. Beds very comfortable. Full English breakfast both mornings was delicious. Staff very friendly. Hotel highly recommended

The room was basic, but very clean, which we expected. Had tea/coffee facilities in room. We had the full english breakfast with toast, which was very nice. They also had lots of other choices. The service from Jade and Carol was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them. They treated us like a friend. Would definately stay there again.

All the staff were excellent and keen to be helpful. They were always cheerful and friendly, even when busy with their duties. The meal we had in the restaurant the first evening was delicious and well presented. Sadly the heating in our room had failed. Staff tried to rectify this but failed, so we made do with electric radiators. Inevitably this meant […] we woke up to a cold room. Also the bathroom was in need of renovation, there was a leak which left a slow trickle of water and a puddle. The shower needed updating, with particular attention paid to safety. When other guests used their showers the water temperature fluctuated enormously. Thus the water could become scaldingly hot suddenly! Overall, an enjoyable visit. The pub itself was lovely! A week on business in the area: fantastic people and food. Really. Fantastic. Family run pub-hotel with excellent food at very decent rates. Very friendly, very courteous, nothing is too much trouble.

This hotel was extremely comfortable, i was made to feel very welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble for the owners. I will be returning to this Hotel within the next week or so. The room was very large with a seating area directly outside and near to the town centre. Highly recommended.

Location is excellent - in a small town near a major road junction but set back and quiet. Food quality is uniformly high. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. The restaurant is quite expensive unless you hit a specials day but never mind - the food in the bar is excellent and reasonably priced. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else in that […] area. Willow house turned out to be a restaurant/local pub with accommodation at the rear. Very quiet, excellent beer, good food and accommodation.
