This hotel was nice for how reasonable the price was. The rooms could have been a little cleaner but they were still pretty nice! The front desk woman was very nice! They were able to check us in early and held our luggage until the room was ready. Good experience!!

When we arrived in Madiera Beach we seen all of these nice buildings and started looking for Shoreline. And low and behold we were there the oldest looking run down building of all. For $250.00 a night this was not good, but it did say Remodeled Rooms. We got our key and went to our room and who ever remodeled this room should look for another trade […] to be in. Everything was very old from the furniture to the stove. The bathroom shower barely worked, the seat on the toilet was broken and the newly remodeled sink was pieced together from an old sink top that didn't even fit so they just drilled holes to make it fit. So when sitting on the seat I hope the next person isn't left handed because you will hit your elbow on the sink everytime. I have been in a few other places in the same area and never seen such a run down place as this. But the owner is sporting a NICE MERCEDES BENZ in a private parking spot. Overall we had a nice stay, the room faced the ocean and was quiet although the private patio was just a screened in area and not solid walls adjacent to the rooms either side of you. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The entry into the hotel is a little deceiving and does not appear to be as nice as it is. Despite being on the beach, I think […] it was a little high in price given that the room itself was small and the free continental breakfast was a small area in the office and not a separate room. Loved this hotel, the pool is open 24 hours a day. Room was lovely, had everything in it, oven, hob, microwave fridge and freezer, a big bed, the room was very clean, around the pool was very clean and its right on the beach. No kids adults only.

This was our first stay at Shoreline and we will be back. Heated pool wonderful, short distance to the beach, any needs you may have are quickly taken care of. Staff and front desk were very friendly. Rates reasonable.

Adults only was a plus, it's an older hotel you can tell, but maintained well. Stairwells could be cleaned up a little better an the over all condition of walls around the elevator cleaner, but would stay there again without hesitation!

Ideal for couples to chill out, with direct access to the beach and glorious sunsets and even the odd playful dolphin swimming by. The breakfast offer was very limited - coffee and things coated in sugar, basically.

We don't travel for a "resort" experience because we'd prefer to explore local sites rather than laze around. BUT, we were VERY tempted to hang out here for three reasons -- the quiet of an all-adult clientele, the great Gulf beach, and the large, deep swimming pool. This hotel was a surprise. I didn't know what to expect when it said "adults only". But, it really just means people without kids. The hotel was clean, the room was much bigger than expected and had updated carpets and linens. The front desk was very friendly and they had coffee/tea all day. Only an hour from Tampa airport so is a great way to acclimatise to the Florida heat and jetlag. We stayed here for three nights before continuing our tour of Florida. The hotel has passed its best but it is clean and no frills but great value as it is right on the beach and a great pool too, and plenty of deck space. Older building but well maintained ..tile floor in kitchen slightly stained but overall clean and no bugs. Mattress very firm (good) and decent selection on TV channels (but not premium such as HBO, Starz, etc.) Refrigerator/freezer worked well as did microwave and oven. Shower/bath combo clean but no exhaust fan in bath..need to utilize small window […] to open for fresh air. Grounds were well kept and pool was a very nice temperature (visited in November when gulf water was 67) Breakfast offered juices, coffee, teas and pastries, breakfast bars, yogurts and fruit. Dusty! Needed closer attention to general housekeeping. Continental breakfast is all packaged goods, not fresh. A toaster with bread or bagels and bowls of cereal with cartons of milk would improve it without much expense. Nice place otherwise.

Great hotel, right on beach.booked a gulf view king room, with small kitchen area which we did not use.Rooms were large and clean.Friendly staff,gave us lots of useful info. about where to eat.not far from St. Johns Pass, which has lots of shops and restaurants, also you can book dolphin trips, fishing trips and waverunner hire.This hotel is good value […] for money and we can recommend to anyone without children. The ocean view was amazing. The room was clean. The pool was always clean as was the access to the beach. Breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day. The price we paid was also great.

EService sucked got locked out of room took 11/2 to get someone. The owner Mike was rude and yelled at a friend who had asked if he worked there cause he just stood in front not saying anything then told us we needed ID to prove it was us. If we hadn't locked ourselves out we would of had ID.He is rude and very unprofessional!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The other guests were very nice. The beach and pool area had plenty of tables and chairs. A few miles down the road was St. John's Pass with plenty of shops and restaurants. We'll be sure to return for another visit.

The personnel were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but not in good shape. The room was very dated, the facilities were obviously very old and in need of some updating. The beach area was well tended and nice.

We had a beachfront room with 2 queen beds. The room is clean,but quite small. Having hard time entering the room everytime coz the mini kitchen seemed to be forced in the door entrance ,so they have everything in the room. The beds are comfy though but the balcony is not cozy. It is screened with plastic chairs, so your beachview is kind of obstructed […] by the screen. Haven't used the balcony much really because of that . Storm Isaac was there during our stay,so we could not swim in the beach due to rip currents and big waves, but the pool is ok to use. One thing more, the breakfast, oh my, sugar,sugar,sugar and sugar. All UNHEALTHY! I felt like everytime I eat their breakfast i will need an insulin shot afterwards(not diabetic,but u can turn too with all these sugars,blimey!). They offer prepacked sweet stuffs plus sweetbars and very ´diluted´ coffee, the lousiest coffee I ever had in my entire 1 month stay in Florida, Jeezzz. Đọc thêm

I highly recommend shoreline island resort. My suite opened directly to the pool and just beyond the pool was the gorgeous beach. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff treated me like royalty and were so friendly, I felt as though we were family. Hotel needs updating. Sliding door lock rusted/broken. Phone did not work. However, the staff are excellent and extemely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget and would stay here again only in a larger room.

The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and courteous, which made us feel very welcome. Even though the hotel is starting to show it's age, it is very well maintained. The ocean view, even from the garden view rooms was extremely good. And resort was very quiet and relaxing, since we where there too recharge.
