Enjoyed the stay (room clean, quiet and bed was comfortable) but found they charged me twice for the room when I got my credit card bill 3 weeks later. When I called to report this was told they had a new staff member checking people in "the wrong way" and claimed they didn't have any way of knowing who got charged twice until they called in. Hotel was great value and in great shape. The free breakfast wasn't very good but hey what can you complain about. Also, not many restaurants or bars around this area.

Quiet location with several good places to eat nearby. Very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Agree with a 3 star rating. This motel is a great value and I would defintely stay there again.

We were pleased overall but found some things that could have made our stay better. The microwave in our suite did not work and when we called to report it we were told it would be fixed the next morning and it was never fixed nor was it mentioned again.

Rooms are small but more than adequate. Was surprised and very pleased by how clean everything was. Lot of surrounding options...food, gas, atm...would definitely stay again if traveling to that area.

Well kept hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was served Waffles were great and the coffee was hot. Rooms were clean and great water pressure. Would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite - it was super comfortable and clean. It's in a bit of a strange location - behind a shopping plaza, but it's right off of the 81 so it's extremely convenient. We stayed on a Friday night, and it was very quiet.

We got to the hotel and started settling in until someone had to use the toilet and it wouldn't flush. The hotel had no maintenance on duty until the next morning they said. So we had to pack everything back up and move to another floor. We had no compensation for this happening. Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time, there are restaurants of all kinds. A groceries store next door. The suite had a small kitchen that we m used. Great place and good way to save money. Plan to stay there again in the future.

Room was OK, basic, comfortable, not real big, small bathroom. Stayed on our way to NY for Christmas, appreciated that they were pet friendly, room was clean, quiet, no odor, and comfortable. Hotel was a little hard to find - cannot be seen from the road. It is behind Waffle House - which blocks visibility. Once we found it - we had a great experience. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. The bed / bedding & pillows were great!

Having the amenities of a fully functional kitchen was a strong plus - especially for a studio room. Whoever designed these new TownPlace Suites apparently has never stayed in a hotel before. The layout is consistently strange. Who designs a new hotel with a single door for a main entrance, and the door isn't even automatic? That's always lots of fun when walking in with suitcases. Just an awful design. We have stayed at this hotel several times, its the perfect halfway point on our drive from SC to CT. Always very clean and love that the suites have separate bedrooms, our 5 year old gets his own bedroom and we get to sleep! Breakfast is good too.

When I saw the hotel, I was surprised by how ugly it was on the outside and how odd to see the swimming pool on the front of the hotel, right by the parking lot! Once inside, the decor was not the most attractive, but the hotel boasted friendly front desk staff, housekeepers, and a decent continental breakfast in the mornings. The room sported a large […] fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, kitchen sink, and a range, complete with dish detergent, silverware and plates. The hotel was also located right next to a large shopping center with a Martins grocery store, a Starbucks and several restaurants and stores. Our two-bedroom suite was filthy when we arrived sowe had the staff clean the room again and change all the sheets. The hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms.
