Staybridge Suites Great Falls - Great Falls

The only problem we encountered was there was only one elevator functioning and it was extremely slow. This was a very comfortable stay for us - the bed was extremely comfortable, complimentary breakfast offered a variety and was good. We will stay here again when visiting this area

Hotel was disappointing, cleaning was way less than 'light touch' and only when we asked for it as the cleaning staff did not check after 11 a.m. which is book out time to see if the room was available for cleaning, even though we greeted them when we left the room at 10:30 a.m. and removed the 'do not disturb' sign. Cups and glasses were dirty in the […] cupboard, cleaning staff did not check after the last occupants. Bed pulled up, it takes two minutes to make a bed properly, no items replaced in the bathroom. Front desk were friendly but unprofessional, were eating at the desk and did not know how to provide paperwork requested on our departure. I enjoyed the hotel and the room was very clean, however, I had to call the front desk three times about some rowdy guests that were making loud noises and slamming doors until 2am.

The first time I stayed here it was excellent. It was quiet and comfortable. The second time I took my wife (jury duty the first time) because I was impressed. This time however, our room was right next to the elevator which was very noisy and also right near the balcony overlooking the lobby and people were up late and were very loud both nights we […] stayed. This is hands-down the best hotel in Great Falls, it is fairly new, well-kept and location is nice. The rooms are big and the complimentary breakfast is superb! Nice view Missouri river and bonfire at the courtyard at night! Elizabeth, the front desk personnel was so nice and happy to check us in. Will definitely stay here again!

This long stay hotel had great qualities. The beds were extremely comfortable with a large bathroom. The hotel also provided a full breakfast as well as an evening snack during the week. Very nice relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the hotel, very comfortable with everything. Downside was having our room right above the swimming pool. The noise carried really bad up in to our room. We have stayed there before and will return again. The staff was fantastic and very friendly!!

Hotel was way more than expected. Excellent breakfast buffet great service the amenities were excellent we won't stay any where else while we're in town great place to take families.

Staff was interactive and extremely friendly with my small children making them feel valued. There hospitality was above what I had ever expected to get from a hotel and will definitely stay again.

Overall, this is the nicest and newest hotel in Great Falls. We stayed in a suite that had a king bed and a pull out couch bed. The mattress on the pull out was dirty and stained and the hotel did not provide a mattress pad or blanket for the bed, only sheets that were clean but gray. This is a very good hotel, good quality and upgrade stuffs, the kitchen and appliances is so impress, nice for long periods like a week cause you can cook and even don't need to wash your dish.

Our stay was wonderful. Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff members were friendly and helpful. A great hotel non smoking rooms are very nice with a small kitchen. It's right next to the train tracks but train seems not to run at night. I think the best hotel in GF and would be a top hotel in other larger city's as well.

I had stayed here once before, I think this is probably the best hotel there, I think all the rooms have a kitchenette, the pool is like your bathtub very nice, being older it was nice the pool was crammed with kids etc, the 3 times in the pool we were the only ones. The breakfast is good, and through the week they have a "social" I think they call […] it, but basically give you supper too. Its not directly on the river but you can get to the river so easily and follow the paths, or just have lunch on the picnic tables there. The inn is super. The staff is friendly and effiecent , any problems were quickly resolved. I was surprised to find out , that it was pet friendly. the buffet breakfast was an added bonus, serving until 10:30 am on weekendsThe only negative was the house keeping. With there tidy serivce , I did not expect for them to wash my dishes but at least swepp […] or vacum the floors. When making up the bed , for some reason they did not complete the task. After speaking to the front desk about it, the problem was resolved. The court yard was calming and relaxing, complete with a fire pit. Close tO Walmart, easy to access down town, right across the street From the exhibition grounds, no real restaurants within walking distance. Has a pantry that is a bit over priced. Staff s friendly, lIky wouldn't stay there again for such a short time, definately would if we had kids or was on business.

i enjoyee my stay very much, it was comfortable and clean. This is a beautiful hotel, but the rooms were not as clean as you would expect in a facility of this size. The dust on the lamps and under the tv was very discusting. The price of the room was very high for the experience in this hotel.

It wasn't the easiest to find with construction next door. The hotel sign was somehat hidden until you were righr on top of it.

Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast menu and really good outdoor courtyard overlooking the river. Only had one issue: booked a standard room, thinking it would have two beds. It did not.
