The Room: A three bedroom apartment with locked 2nd and 3rd bedrooms only to be opened and accessed when paid for. The Decor: Heavily decorated with... ample teak wood. Generous space. Nice TV and sound system. Plumbing: Insufficient water pressure and limited hot water supply rendering the double bathtub unusable. The hot water runs cold when the bathtub is only 1/4 filled. (took about half an hour, just to reflect how low the water pressure was) Nice soap dish but with no soap provided. In the shower room it took forever for my wife to rinse off the shampoo because the water pressure is so low it dribbled. Service: Not since my younger days when I backpacked and stayed in really cheap hostels had I come across dialing Front desk, Concierge, Bell Captain (probably all connected to the same entity) only to get a continuous ring with no one to pick up the line on the other end. Andara beach Club: The resort is 80 to a 100 meters from sea level.The beach is 5 mins ride on a shuttle bus. The beach club consists of a dozen or so beach chairs placed in a cluster in the midst of hundreds of other public ones. Albeit there are two hotel attendants to provide beach towels and bottled water, you'd need a lot of imagination to call a dozen chairs "A Beach Club". Conclusion: With that kind of money, you are much better off to go with the proven brands like A_man with an amazing private beach or B- Tree where you truly get pampered not to mention half a dozen or so more in Phuket. bởi khách hàng của Hotels.com vào 09/04/2011
