Hotel was great for sleeping. The hotel was located on a very busy, loud road and the "beach" across the street was very dirty. The staff was great but it was not relaxing to be there.

Nice hotel with basic amenities. Ocean directly across the street! Only complaints were we had no hot water and the restraunt/cafe next to the hotel would play music LOUD at 6;00 AM.

I realize that this hotel is a block from the beach; however I would expect that the floors would be cleaned more throughly and more often due to this. Could not even feel comfortable taking our shoes off in the room. Keep them close to the shower!

My stayed at this hotel was excellent all the staff was very helpfull even thou the parking is limited but other than that It pleasant stay. Rachel at front desk did everything to accomodate Our needs

This hotel sits right across from the water and was very quiet and comfortable. The room was large, the king bed very comfy and they gave you plenty of towels. The free breakfast was wonderful--not your usual continental--they offerred home made waffles, scrambled eggs, ham, bagels, hard boiled eggs and fruit plus coffee, milk and juice. First, the room was like a cheap motel and we encountered that the room air conditioner was not on when arrival. The air conditioner never cooled the room after 2 hours of the stay we had to call front desk for the inconvenience. They sent somebody to verify the air conditioner and the guy said that the air conditioner needed more gas. They changed […] us to another room that was for a handicapped person. my first room was in very poor condition...ac noisey and wouldn't turn off, brrrr...curtains hanging down and bedspread stuffing coming out...how could they put anyone in that room in that condition?...changed rooms for second night..much better...complimentary breakfast was nice...difficult to rate because of negative first night experience...

Stay only one night. The room was very clean, the service was good, free parking as long you find a place and free breakfast which didn't eat only because it was only up to 10am and we were tired and didn't make it! The pool is beautiful. We really like the place the only thing is the bathroom is little and there is no hot water.

This area is not very convenient and rather expensive to get around, I had requested a hotel in San Juan and was referred to this one, but I then learn otherwise.

the room look old and dirty, and smell was humit. The bathroom was too small, all the room look out dated. Only the lobby look so good. WATCH FOR DINOSOUR.

The hotel is good, the only thing that I have to comment is about the pool. Needs more supervision.

The place was nice. Right across the street from the beach. The free breakfast was great!!!! The downside to many power outages but nice place to venture out too. I enjoyed it.

I was very pleased with the location, as it was conveniently located to all major highways. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to this hotel and will refer to friends and family visiting Puerto Rico. The adjacent restaurant, Campomar, served excellent cuisine and the DJ was awesome! He even sings!

The hotel was not bad at all. The room was excellent. However, the breakfast hall on the main floor was a bit small, it didn't facilitate a large number of people. A few times I had to actually wait for people to leave to find seating. But, on the sixth floor there is this beautiful restaurant called "Porto Bahia" which is on the premises. I have to […] say it was the best. So give it a try. Also the I wouldn't recommend the beach across the street, go to another beach some place else. Stick to the pool it is much better. We were put in a dirty room, walls, floors, mirrors at the end of a dirty hallway, I complained that I wouldn't let my dog stay in that room. They moved me to another dirty room in another hallway. On February 10, 2012, I check in at Comfort Inn at Levittown, Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. As soon as I got there the attention of the clerk was very good, she made me feel like at home. They do not have a lot of parking in the main parking of the Hotel, she told me go to your room and come backe, someone is leaving soon and there will be a space for you. […] I went to my room, the AC was a little noisy, soon as I told them they changed me, gave me another room. The breakfast was very good, the room cleaning was great. I need it to storage something in a refrigerator and they save it for me. And everyone of the employees that I talk to, greet me nicely and treat me good. In Hotels.com they have you as a ** 1/2 stars hotel. Based in my experience I give you **** stars. Đọc thêm

There is no dresser in any of the rooms to keep your clothes. You have to live out of your suitcase. The pool area never is in the sun. It is very far from anything. (the cab from the airport costs $60.00)Your room gets cleaned at all different times of the day. Sometimes it is not done till 8 pm

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. The beach across the street from the hotel looked like a trash barge had crashed on it. I've never seen so much actual trash laying on a beach - everything from tires to broken and old/used soda bottles. While this isn't any fault of the hotel, its something to make note of. I stayed for a week in the Levitown location in Puerto Rico. The first room had low water pressure and as a result the toilet would not flush. The second room had an air-conditioner that leaked water on the floor. The air-conditioner was replaced but not before dumping water all over the floor flooding same. The maintenance person assured me that housekeeping […] would clean the mess he made. I waited two hours with my feet on top of the bed before I had to go downstairs to notify the receptionist of the condition. The receptionist stated that I had to wait for housekeeping to clean another before attending to mind. I then waited in the passageway for another hour, but no housekeeping. I once again spoke to the receptionist and asked about housekeeping. She said (sarcastically) stated she was going to call housekeeping. Five minutes later the receptionist appears with a mop a bucket to clean the room. While in the room, the receptionist picked up the chair to mop underneath it and then slammed it on the floor. I am retired Military and have stayed in hotels in other countries (to include third world) this hotel was the worst.Totally unacceptable. Đọc thêm

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE AND HELPFULL. THE FACILITIES WERA ACCEPTABLE, BUT STILL ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. THE PARKING WAS INADEQUATE. AFTER ALL WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE IS NOT THE PHYSICAL FACILITIES BUT THE PEOPLE, BECAUSE OF THAT I WILL GIVE IT THE HIGHEST RATING AND DEFINITELY I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS.
