Nice, clean, and new hotel. Service was average. Rooms were really nice and spacious. Indoor pool had such strong chlorine it burned our eyes. "Breakfast" deal with reservation was one meal item with undercooked food. I would not recommend the breakfast. There is a Paradise Bakery right across the parking lot that is very good.

It was a wonderful stay the room was big and neat bathroom was good The staff were friendly and helpful everything was good except breakfast. Hotel was convenient to Event Center, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel staff was professional and room was clean and roomy. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was easy to get to from the highway. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

10 of us were vacationing together and wanted to stay close to shopping. This was the best place! The only issue was that there was confusion at check in when we asked for our rooms to be near each other.

Very nice hotel. Our restroom had hair all over the floor and toilet cover. It looked like a man had shaved then shook razor all over the restroom. Other than that it was a good room.

Staff was nice but my shower was dirty and the refrigerator didn't work. The crib they provided looked twenty years old.

I would definitely stay here again. It is super clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel location is excellent. We stayed there for 2 nights and had basically everything within walking distance. You can shop, eat or just relax without having to drive. I don't even have one complaint about this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious decor, friendly and helpful staff, coffee ready downstairs when you want it. Oh the pool and hottub were under maintenance. I felt this should have been done during the week. We had plans to hottub at some point during our stay, but were unable.

We checked in at 3:30, we had 2 adjoining rooms. One room had a balcony, which was lovely. We had a party of 9 and no one was tripping over each other. The hotel smelled so good when I walked in! My room and bed were very comfortable. The balcony made for a nice and relaxing view. I spilt a soda on the bed. I called down to request new sheets. They brought homework sheets gave them to me and didn't take the old ones. I then had to make the bed myself.

We had a celebration planned. We wanted a hotel that was close to the places we wanted to go. We were able to walk to the bars that we wanted to go to, and not worry about drinking and driving. This location was perfect. The hotel itself was above and beyond what we were expecting.

I did like the hotel. Was very clean. The only item was the way the heater in the room worked. It was at times hard to figure out. Could not regulate it the way I wanted it to be.
