Comfort Inn & Suites - Airdrie

The staff were excellent and professional. Unfortunately the hotel elevator was not working but the staff did everything they could to assist guests.

It was enjoyable and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable especially the waffles.

Staff is very friendly and obliging. Excellent location. Room is comfortable but could use an update in bathroom supplies and coffee refreshment offerings.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Hotel quiet even on a Saturday night. Brought along a medium sized dog and was given a welcome package by the hotel. Would stay here again.

I was very pleases with the front desk staff on the day of our checkin. We had an issue with our TV and immediately one of the staff attended to it. We would definetly stay here again. Located just off the main highway and close to great restaurants and shopping.

Our hotel experience was fine with one exception. There was another guest at the hotel that had a dog. It was in the hallway at 8:30 in the morning barking. We told the front desk clerk and all she said was 'yes, sorry about that'. So obviously there were a other complaints about the dog, but nothing was done. was very pleased with staff friendliness, and the cleanliness of the rooms, I liked the fact that when I checked in I got to choose which floor I was on. I will defenatly be staying again. The parking lot was Extremely slippery in the am upon checking out, and I appreciated the front desk making us aware of that as we left, so that we didn't slip and […] fall. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I usually like to stay at the Holiday Inn Express, but this Comfort Inn matched and beat the HIE in many ways. If I ever have to stay in Airdrie again, this is where I will lay my head.

We checked into the Comfort Inn for a two night stay and were booked into room 211. The first night the air conditioner housing made a little bit of noise, but was tolerable. The second night the air conditioner housing made such a racket we barely slept. Shutting it off wasnt an option as the room would get hot and uncomfortable within 20 minutes. […] Normally I wouldn't post a poor rating for a hotel over one issue, however there wasnt just one issue. We went downstairs to have the continental breakfast which was included in the price. It's convenient and makes it easier than trying to lug a young family to a restaurant. While the selection wasnt bad, the pastries were dried out, especially the croissants which had to be at least a week old. To top it off, the juice machine was broken so you couldnt wash your stale pastry down with fresh juice. No one bothered to think to go to the grocery store located RIGHT BEHIND the hotel to buy juice. Apparently that would be too much effort. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Airdrie this summer and had a much better experience. We wont be back to the Comfort Inn. Đọc thêm

Clean, comfortable, very friendly. There was a good breakfast and a nice little pool and workout room.

The hotel is great and this was not my first stay here. However, there was a large reddish stain on the carpet at the foot of the bed (reminded me of something you would see on CSI) that we felt we had to be careful to walk around.
