Stairs to all rooms, which are steep. No coffee pot in room. Great little town straight out of Christmas book.

Picked this hotel as it was close to were the Floriade was being held. It is also close to Venlo and easily within reach of Roermond and the German border. Found it to be very comfortable with good service, although no tea/cofee making facilities in room - they were out in the landing and you had to pay 1 euro for a cup of something hot from the machine […] (it would also run out of water sometimes!). Would recommend the Alt Arce restaurant across the street - the food we found to be fabulous and an excellent view over the River Maas towards the setting sun in the evening. Đọc thêm

We were a bit disappointed with the hotel. Arcen is a lovely village and very handy for visiting Floriade at Venlo, but we didn't feel we got value for the prices charged. Maybe they were higher because of the Floriade but it certainly wouldn't encourage us to stay there again.

Trouble finding hotel as we arrived on a market day and couldn't get anywhere near the hotel or the car park behind it. All a one way system. Hotel though is nice, but needs a bit love and attention. Room very warm and no air conditioning! Very central for Floriade and surrounding area.

Lovely little village - restaurant good, great little bakers shop close by - service in hotel good - parking a little awkward initially but sorted later - would stay again if we were in the area - Weds was special Market day/night - noise in square past midnight - but only one night of our 6 night stay !

A few kilometers from the motorway in a quiet, attractive village/small town. Note local tax added to cost. Additional high cost for breakfast (but a good selection)

If you like to sleep in a modern hotel, don't pick this one. If you're just looking for a place to sleep at a good rate, do pick this hotel. The room has been refurbished but the bathroom is from the '80s as well as the decor. Arcen is a small beautiful little place. I was in Venlo in business, I'd go back to this hotel if I had to be in the neighbourhood […] for sightseeing but only if I were on my own. For a romantic getaway I wouldn't go there, ladies would freak out about the decor and think you're cheap. Đọc thêm

We stayed in one of the family rooms which was huge! It had a big bed and upstairs two twins as well as a big bathroom. It was in the middle of Arcen where there were plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and shops. It is really convenient for stopping before taking a flight out of dusseldorf. The manager was extremely helpful and nice. we showed up late […] after reception was closed and the room was ready for us. When we couldn't figure out the wifi we were able to call his phone directly and he came over and made sure everything was set up. This was the most enjoyable stay of our trip and I recommend it for everyone! VERY CLEAN. :) Đọc thêm

A great stay in a quaint part of the world. My room overlooked the main street of the town, with a view of the cafes and the people enjoying their evening. The room was great and had everything you normally expect. The surrounding countryside is very picturesque, and the town of Arcen supports nature tourism and is such a destination, which I didn't […] know when I booked. There's also some historical sites around, like old castles. For me, it was a one night stay on the way to somewhere else, but it was a delightful surprise which I made the most of, and for which I will forever have fond memories. Đọc thêm

Il nostro soggiorno è durato solamente una notte, la camere era su due piani, molto spaziosa per 4 persone. Il bagno era parecchio grande e pulito. Il prezzo ottimo. Volere qualcosa di più da un albergo 3 stelle in Olanda è impossibile.

Beliggenhet på rådhusplassen var svært sentralt og greit, med lett adkomst til severdigheter i området. Litt "natteliv" utfor hotellet, men ikke mer enn en må regne med når en bor så sentralt. Hyggelig betjening og grei plass å være sykkelturister som vi var.

Hotellet ligger bra till för olika utflykter och där finns allt du behöver. Saknade dock meny på engelska. Arcen är ett underbart litet samhälle.
