The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Always pleased to help, and always with a smile on the face. The one thing that lets this hotel down badly, is the internet connection. Nightmarishly slow, and difficut to get some web pages, and impossible to get others. If this was improved, you could not fault this hotel.

Very impressed with the hotel. Very good service, clean room but minimal as you would expect from a Premier Inn. A great choice if you are looking to attend a concert at the Dubai Severns and want a cheap hotel. Thought the Bedouin restaurant served a great burger at a very reasonable price.

Well for those who have theire car in dubai this hotel is very recommended from me, it has his own parking, very quite surrounding, friendly staff very clean, i love the idea of putting 2 bottles of water with a water heater and nescafe and all this stuff for free. I just love it

Having stays 3 times before at the Premier Inn Dubai Investment Parks I decided to try this one for a 5 night stay with my wife in Feb 13. I booked on Expedia at the amazing AED 195 (£35) per night advance rate where I know you get excellent value. I think Dubai Premier Inns are of a higher standard than in UK and they each have a roof-top pool and […] gym. Unfortunately this one has a smaller reception, pool area and no outside dining/bar seating area otherwise it's exactly the same. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the ensuite rooms are good with TV, tea/coffee and a fridge. There's a Costa on site and vendors on some floors. The bar and restaurant are very good and cater for UK tastes. There is free WIFI throughout and 2 workstations and a printer in the foyer for public use with free internet access. This hotel is quite remote but has a free daily shuttle to and from the beach and a one-way drop-off to the nearest metro (Rashadia) and/or Mall twice daily. A taxi back is only about £6 or there is a regular bus for peanuts which drops off at the Fujitsu building (known locally as the Pineapple) a short walk away. Đọc thêm

The staff were very helpful and polite , everyone from cleaners, pool attendant and reception.a perfect short stay and made extre helpful by courtesy mini bus. Would certainly stay again and could not fault this .

We really enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn. We arrived at 4am and check-in was swift. We had adjoining twin rooms for a family of 4. Rooms very spacious and comfortable - looked out towards the Dubai skyline. The hotel is a bit way out, and one taxi driver could not find it even though he said he knew where it was. It was pleased with the stay at this hotel. It's clean and the service staffs were excellent.The price is probably the lowest in Dubai. The location is far from town, however, there are daily buses in the morning that take to the Beach area and Metro Station in Business Districts and the Malls and pick you up at the end of the day. Save alot in taxi […] fares. There is also one-way bus in the afternoon to town. It costs 10 to $20 to get back to the hotel depends on where you are. My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights. The hotel is so new and clean. The roof top area is amazing also. The only problem we had was the distance from the city centre. The hotel offer a free bus shuttle into the city and coming out of the city in the evening. When I was sleeping I was woken up by a member of staff entering my room. The room was too cold and every time I turned off the ac, it came back on again .

Price was very reasonable for such a clean and good condition hotel. However, the free wifi is weak in signal which is hard to connect when in the room.

Major negatives for this hotel as the distance from town. Transport to and fro is time consuming if you want it to be cheap, which would be by using the bus to the metro and non from there. Alternatively if you want to save time a take a taxi it then costs much more. The hotel is so stand alone that once you get in there is absolutely nothing to do […] around it except maybe cycle, jog or go for lonely walks. Positives are that it is relatively cheap, but when you consider what you have to give up, I am not sure it compensates enough. Very little to find fault with this hotel other than the location which requires a 20 min drive to the nearest Metro. The quality was very high for the price and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I'm now living in Dubai and the extended family will be staying here when they visit.

Was stopping in Dubai in between 2 monster flights. The place was reasonably close to the airport (but don't take the black cabs) and close enough to Dubai Mall. This hotel is located Emirates Rd, about 15km outside central Dubai. The car parking is underground and free and the bedrooms are comfortable enough, especially for a budget property. A good choice for those who are happy to be outside the busy areas of Dubai and who have transport available.

Though I checked in during busy time of the year , UAE national day is approching !, and despite the hotel almost fully occupied , I found the hotel staff in full capacity and with great attention to all my inquiries . I used to be a frequent visitor to Dubai on bussiness and family trips , I would never think to find an alternative hotel!

Advertised as having complimentary WiFi. However, the signal quality in the room was poor and when I did finally manage to connect it was so slow as to be unusable. The bar is expensive; I paid 35 AED for a small glass of wine (and I mean small).

Stayed here for 2 nights after long flight from sydney. Really good friendly welcome from staff and found this the same throughout stay. There is a bar in the hotel and a reasonable menu in the bar and adjoining restaurant. You have to remember that this is after all a muslim country. Only downside is the location which to be honest we knew about from other reviews. It is a good way out from the city with nothing in the local area. What you need to consider though is the low room rate as opposed to city hotels. This hotel is like a Hampton Inn in the US - no frills, bellhops etc. The service in the restaurant was blah. The rooms are blah, but very clean. But it's one of the cheaper Dubai hotels and very, very clean. The location is remote. Don't come here on a vacation.
