Me and 2 friends stayed here over may long weekend. We had a great stay as everything is nice and close and it was only a short walk to the pubs and clubs in city centre. Also Capri centre across the street is super convent has winners a liqour store and food! Beds are super comfy with feather down pillows and met some cool people also staying there. […] The man at the front was grumpy tho he really needs to smile more maybe he thought we were only there to party and be loud but regardless we left everything like it was and didn't disturb our neighbors. We had stayed there once before and if we need to stay in Kelowna again we will probably stay there again. We have no complaints about the room we were in or the service. The room was clean and bright and we found the bed comfortable.

the room was 16 degrees when we arrived. We immediately turned up the heat, but it took many hours for it to get up to room temperature with its tiny baseboard heater. we froze all evening and half the night. it's too bad, because otherwise the place was comfortable if a bit small.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and easy to find. There is a strip mall right across the street so that made it easy when we realized we forgot our bathing suits for the pool. The pool is very clean and fun for even us big kids. We used the hot tub […] the most since we had just come from big white ski hill. (Which is easy to get to from the hotel.) This is now our Kelowna hotel to stay at. The only complaint is that the continental breakfast is really small so we go across the street to this great dutch restaurant which has really good breakfast. Đọc thêm

I've stayed here before and been satisfied. This time the area under the bed was full of debris and dust - not good if you have allergies.

Stayed here with 4 friends. The room was very clean, kitchenette was convenient, free continental breakfast was fantastic (had toasted bagels with coffee - yum). We went for a swim in the pool and hot tub, it was clean and had a big supply of clean towels. Would recommend this to friends and stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel with comfortable rooms. There's a nice hot tub and a pool. There weren't many options for breakfast, there were toasts and muffins but no cereal.

The place was nice, very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Right across the street is an Extra Foods and a block away there's a liquor store. My only complaint is with the way the people running the desk treated us. We are a younger group (mostly early 20s) and maybe they assumed we would be crazy party animals. The truth is, I'm 33 years […] old, but I look younger. I felt that it was unfair to be treated differently than other guests based on a perception that we would be loud partiers. In the end, we did everything by the book and didn't cause any trouble, so maybe they will think twice about labeling younger guests in the future. Pro: The front desk staff was heroic, fabulous. All the basic necessities in the room, a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave even. Near good dining options. Con: The bed creaked badly and could feel every twitch of my bedmate. The air conditioner turned off and on as necessary, (Very effective) alternating between silence and jet engine. This is a nice hotel. Everything was clean and functioning well. Nice indoor pool. Centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping and City Park.

The place was pretty clean and comfy, aliitle small and crowded with no in room coffee., the staff was helpfull, grounds were clean, nice pools and hot tub. The only problem was the room i rented had a back door to it which faced an empty field Bums and crack heads frequent, didn't sleep all night do to that back door idea,creepy.

The room did not have adequate internet access, signals were weak and kept on dropping. The receptionist is gone for the day around midnight so God help you if you have misplaced your room keys or need anything. Other than that the location is good and the amenities are plenty.

Was this hotel really renovated in 2009? I don't see how that is possible unless all second hand construction materials were used. The pool and hot rub were great. However we couldn't sleep as there was a light on just outside our room and the "blackout" curtains didn't help at all. It was like daylight in our room all night. I had to book a room in Kelowna on fairly short notice. I liked the price but was wary of the past reviews for the Econolodge. I booked it anyway. I was quite suprised and happy with the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was more than I expected, it was clean and cheery and comfortable. I booked an 'efficiency queen' and got a room […] with a small kitchen with full fridge and stove, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes & cutlery, a cute little dinette for two and pretty much everything you need. It wasn't a huge room but definitely big enough for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean (believe me, I checked!) I would stay here again anytime and recommend it to others. Rooms are looking tired and not enough parking. Toilet got plugged and because no other rooms were available at this property we lived with the worry that it would overflow again.

Excellent. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Don't waste money on expensive B&Bs - save it for the wineries and great pubs/restaurants in the area. We'll be booking there next time we hit Kelowna.

Rooms were clean, pool was nice, beds were comfortable but the pull out sofa was awful and so was the BBQ and patio furniture, dirty and old.

Arrivée correcte ,réception normale Chambre petite et vieillotte équipée d'une cuisine datant de pas mal d'années le grille pain datant de 1988 n'éjectant pas les toats ,il fallait être prudent . la hotte de cuisine était en panne (bonjour les odeurs ). Petit balcon sympa donnant sur la rue en travaux ,le fauteuil innommable vu la poussière de ces travaux […] . Réveil très matinal ( 6 h) par le bruit des douches voisines . Puis par la suite ( vers 7 h) par les travaux de la rue Pour partir de l' hôtel, obligation de passer par cette rue en travaux,voiture propre s'abstenir . A noter : le petit déjeuner compris,c'est la totale : une cafetière ,3 " gateaux" ou bout de pain ,pas de table ( pourquoi faire) totalement nul . Đọc thêm
