It's o.k. but reasonably priced. Not sure I would stay again.

The air conditioner couldnt be adjusted, it was either on or off. There was VERY little water pressure, the towel bar in the bathroom fell off, the carpets hadnt been vacuumed, found crumbs under the desk.

Had to call the front desk at 11:30 because of too much noise in the room next door and in the parking lot. Didn't sleep much at all. Had to check out and go home and take a nap. Still cranky and tired. Never will stay here again.

Older hotel. Bed mattress needs to be replaced Okay for an overnight stay. Reasonable rate for what you get.

for the price we paid, i enjoyed the stay for the excellent service by the hotel staff. don't expect too much on breakfast and room condition (for example, the air condition is quite loud). the hotel is close to busy railroad!

The bed and bath we're clean. Sheets did not fit bed and room had a fouled out odor. The train was just across hwy 66 and ran regularly til at least midnight and started up again @ 5am. A dog left in a truck barked all night. We should have driven back to phx that nite after our event. No rest at all. We will not choose this location again. Loved it! We needed a place before the Grand Canyon. When we arrived they asked if we needed directions to the Canyon and they were much simpler than the directions I had received from another source. They assured us the weather was supposed to be good, welcomed us smiling to breakfast and "have a great day". Our room was what I expected for the price. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. I needed an iron and although I had to go to the front desk to get one, they had one available. The staff was nice and helpful. When asked about restraunts in the area they had a list of nearly every kind of food you may be craving.

We spend a night in Flagstaff before heading to the Grand Canyon. We were surprised about the nice downtown of Flagstaff, but the overall experience at the Knights Inn was just ok. The breakfast was poor and the smell of the room was too strong. However, the staff was very friendly!

I had trouble connecting to internet with wireless notebook computer. maybe I didn't connect correctly or put the password in the correct place

This hotel was very cheap. The room smell moldy. I have to change room closed to lobby because the free internet conection did not work from my 1first room. And even then internet was very slow. If you want to save money this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would stay in another place.

Friendly staff. Very well kept and nice clean room. Good location on route 66. Will sure stay at knights inn on way back...

For the price it was o.k. Bathroom hardware in need of repair; not able to connect to internet. Diner next door is very good.

Only one electrical outlet worked. There was a hair dryer, but the electrical outlet did not work. Plumbing was loud and sounded like a machine gun. Towels were threadbare. Room was musty and damp, walls were dirty and the "free" wifi did not work. Extremely unpleasant night.

Not the best part of town and seemed to have some questionable guests. Room had only two lights with nothing in range of the desk for work. Seemed noisy during the night with motorcycles in and out at odd hours.

This is not a good place. Nothing works, management is lackadaisical. Toilet didn't work, no plug in the bathtub, no ice machine, etc. It would not have been a bargain at half the price. I cannot recommend it. Go somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel older but clean and neat. Basic room with no frills but what i expected for the price.

1st off this is NOT the Knights Inn near NAU. This is Knights Inn on the EAST side. This is not the Taj Mahal, Don't expect it to be. My room had new carpet, new tile in the Bath and was clean. With a King Bed, it has to be the best value in Flagstaff! Probably the best bargain on a room I've had in years. The Door stuck a little and the curtain was […] mounted funny but worked. The breakfast was plain coffee and a few doughnuts but I can buy my wife the breakfast of our choice in Flagstaff and still have less out of pocket than a similar room at Travelodge just down the road. Motel is old & next to the train tracks where the trains run every 15-30 minutes. The showers run from scalding hot to freezing cold then back to scalding constantly during even a quick shower. People drinking beer in front of the office when we arrived. Unfriendly staff and parking lot in front of rooms dreary. Hotel needs work to be average. Directions given to a restaurant were not possible for me to follow. Room shabby. Wouldn't recommend or return.
