Breakfast, though just like continental with a little Asian flair, was very tasty. The bed was hard, but the pillows were nice. There were a few gnats here and there. I didn't get a chance to try the tub, but the shower was great. Everyone was unbelievably friendly.

There is only two draw backs to the hotel that I could see. the first is the stairwell leading to the hotel. Anyone with bags, elderly or handicapped will find it difficult to go into the hotel as the entrance is an "obstacle". We were very happy with all aspects of this hotel. Friendly, helpfull staff, lovely rooms, great location. We were able to walk to most of the attractions, our hotel arranged the rest. Restaurant very reasonably priced. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. Would hightly recommend.

The room was in the 8th floor, under expansion, they were hammering away all day and only stopped after we complained, as if noise were something they were entitled to inflict on guests. The staff was very accommodating and so very polite. Importance of customer service is evident. This location is walking distance from several great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The rooms were clean and we always got a good nights rest due to low noise level. For about $2-3AU you catch a taxi to Ben Thanh market. I had a hard time with the hotel maintenance. Low water pleaser caused I coud not get shower during my stay and I asked them to fix this problem but they didn't do anything to fix. They always said today we try to fix but nothing in the end of day happened and problem. Remind the same.

I required a gluten free meal for breakfast and the staff was very attentive to my condition. Additionally I was upgraded on both of my stays and I left some chocolates in the room after check out, and staff went out to replace them!

me and my husband stay 3 nights in this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful overall. jst one thing that I'm not happy with is the room that we stay does not have a double bed. We heve been provided with two combined single beds.
