Great room, clean, great customer service! Our only complaint was when we arrived to our room the romote in our bedroom did not work I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone to fix it but the cable in for the bedroom TV did not show the channels were scrambled it was very frustrating. But other than that it was a great room!

This hotel was beautiful. I have stayed at the Embassy Mandalay Resort in Oxnard, and this Homewood Suites was just as beautiful as the renovated rooms at the resort. The rooms are large and fully appointed. The only thing (minor) that i would chande would be to include bacon at the breakfast buffet. (they only have sausage) That is my one and only […] complaint. However, there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel on Rose Avenue so it isn't much of a complaint. I was able to get conjoining rooms through the manager. Although we were a little early, our rooms were ready in less than half an hour. The refreshments while we waited were a pleasant surprise after fighting the LA traffic for over 3 hours. The rooms were very clean with a floor plan that I am not familiar with in hotels, which made it even more invitingly […] mysterious. It did, however, make the tv face neither the couch nor the bed, but the desk in the center of the room, but our stay didn't give us much time to use it regardless, or the decent kitchenette included in the rooms. The only flaw, and minor at that, is the space outside the elevator, at least the one nearest the lobby. It didn't give much room for those waiting for a ride with their baggages and other patrons passing through, kind of shoved in the corner. Otherwise, our stay was excellent! Also, breakfast was amazing ... suasage, waffles (mini ones, too), eggs, pastries and other goodies! The coffee ran out, but pleasantly refreshing when it was available. I thought this hotel was fantastic if you are willing to spend the little extra. I wanted to stay all week- has a full kitchen w/ stove and fridge. Room was spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. Free wi-fi and parking! They had complementary bkfast and dinner on the weekdays (didn't stay during week tho). This hotel exceeded our expectations, a great value for our money. Very friendly staff. For stores and restaurants you do have to drive a few miles, but it's not bad since the freeway is right there.

The rooms here are truly beautiful. Nicely designed, comfortable beds, full kitchens and great little work area. The hotel has great amenities, free parking and complimentary breakfast. It was a truly amazing deal for the area.

Friendly staff. Very nice, well appointed rooms. Quiet. Very easy access from the 101 freeway. Free breakfast was good. My only complaint, (a minor one) was that the style of chair and couch in the living area were more for looks than comfort. I just stayed one night but had an excellent time. This hotel is completely new and clean. Mr room was so comforatable. Only thing what I mention is there is no bath tub. If it has a bath tub, my review would be perfect!

Hotel is very clean! Rooms are very spacious. No noise at all and the breakfast in the morning is great especially if you are traveling with kids. No complaints at all.

Itwas very nice, my kids loved it... it had a full kitchen( toaster,full size fridge, dishwasher,cups, bowls,coffe pot, knifves, i mean full kitchen) to feed and prepsre my meals for my family. there were two televisions which i thought was a bit much, but it turned out great each of my kids had there own....We enjoyed it ;D

We stayed at this hotel room because staying in Santa Barbara was too expensive. As soon as you walk in its very impressive. The rooms are very nice with kitchen included. It's right off the 101 so that's convenient. Overall both my self and my wife and another couple that stayed with us were very happy.

Our family booked a king bedroom suite, lots of room for older teen kids, the facility was spotless and the service was excellent. Location easy to find off freeway and quiet at night to sleep. Modern decor, everything on hand, food service good standard. Room rate excellent for standard of accomodation. Many thanks from Australia......

Hotel advertises large for 4 people but it wasn't. We tried to get a roll-away bed but hotel mgr said they don't have any. Rooms w/ king bed is European King and not Calif King, so it was too short for my fiance who is 6' 7". The "full" kitchen is very small as well. My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. Great free breakfast + FREE dinner, wine, and beer almost every evening! Suites are a great size and very clean. 2 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. Another plus is that you are close enough to the beach to drive easily, but not too close to have the fog over you the whole day if you stay […] the day at the hotel pool (which is also great). I loved my room...the king bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows,and nice soft sheets. I was alone, but it would be a great couples room. The daily breakfast was always a little different and good. The coffee was especially nice. I was visiting family who live close, so this is will my go to place for future trips.

Our suite was roomy and very clean. Breakfast was better than average. We had arrived at noon and there was absolutely no check in early policy. Very disappointed with that.

Really glad we picked this hotel. Everything seemed new, was in great condition, clean, comfortable. Heard no noise from outside our room, either from other guests or traffic, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, really liked this hotel, would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is new and the rooms relatively clean, until I extended my stay one night and housekeeping was unaware. I had to ask several times for my room to be cleaned that day and then was not given fresh towels or condiments in kitchen. The free breakfast is decent food but there is no option for food at the hotel for any other meals, snacks or drink […] (bar) on weekends. The hotel staff was very poorly trained and unable to resolve issues on their own. Which was incredibly frustrating because Hilton does not provide a manager on weekends. Obviously this hotel is designed for business guests M-F. The worst part is the upkeep of pool grounds, hallways, vending machine areas, trash areas. It all looked on good on Friday when I checked in but no staff cleaned the pool area after that until I made several requests. On Sunday morning, there were bloody items around hot tub, trash everywhere and the hot tub was dirty and had very little water in. There were never any fresh pool towels and requests for them were practically ignored. Nice Hotel, but when we got into our room we only had 2 bath towels for 5 people, our TV was not working, hot tub was dirty(greenish water), & no towels down @ the pool. We complained about the towels in our room & the TV not working and they did not fix it! NOT TO Happy at all!!!

The hotel decor is modern and beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious with a full kitchen. Free breakfast which was delicious. The location is convenient, right off the 101 freeway at Rose. I would stay here again.
