The hotel has an unmatched location for sightseeing besides having a great view right next to the river, and within a very pleasant 10 min. walk to the main sightseeing street. The hotel might be as good for both leisure and executive traveling.

Great location, river view fantastic First non smoking room smelled like they tried to cover the smoke smell and someone had smoked a lot on the balcony of the room. The carpet was stained and the bathroom somewhat worn The second room had stained carpets and a big stain on the couch though the bed was fine No one offered us help with the bags (no bellman […] offered when we checked in) Though they were OK and fast with the room change. The hotel was very well located, and every aspect was excellent. Our view from the room was down the river and constantly changing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Gdansk, itself is not overly inspiring, but worth the experience.

This is a great hotel. Fresh, spacious rooms, everything new and modern. Clean and well maintained. Walking distances to center of old town, 10-15 mins walking to train station. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Finnish sauna is however VERY VERY small, with 3 people it is full. There is also a turkish steam bath, small as well. We have just had 2 nights at the Hilton and would recommend it to everyone. The location is fabulous and we had a view over the river and could see the famous crane from our room. The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious. All the toiletries were a welcome addition as we only had hand luggage! there is no doubt about that some hotels are to cheap! (accept the breakfast perhaps, that had an international pris of about 15 euro, but it was a good buffet, clean and good service). Quite a lot better than the Hilton in Innsbruck (and that was not bad at all) sundance

The Hilton Gdansk is one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. It was clean, the staff friendly and bedroom extremely comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Very nice location in the city centre, nice bar and restaurant. Good sized rooms and very clean. Although I didn't get a chance to use the pool it looked amazing. Only complaint was the noise generated in the open centre court. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly for both a business and holiday traveller.

Stayed 3 nights at Hilton Gdnask. Check in was quick and informative. The hotel is in a great location - 5 minute walk to old town. Made use of the pool and fitness area which was excellent. The staff were informative and non intrusive. I would recommend an upgrade to a river view. I didnt and early morning noise from building work opposite was annoying […] but did not spoil my stay. The hotel was in a good location, close to the town centre and right on the river. Our room was large with a seating area, plenty of drawer and hanging space, good lighting, comfortable bed with good bedlinen. Liked the fifth floor bar at night - quite intimate and cosy whereas the main bar was cold and empty. Gdansk is good for a weekend break with enough to see and keep you occupied. We particularly liked the microbrewery Browarnia in the Hotel Gdansk across the frozen river. Beer was excellent and the food was good too and reasonably priced. This hotel is one of the finest you will have the pleasure of staying in. It is only 7 months old, not only is the hotel fresh but so are the staff who are all extremely friendly and professional. Really lovely hotel. Had really massive beds even in standard rooms. Bath and shower cubicle separte. Really large rooms which felt very luxurious and very cheap! Have breakfast in segafredo cafe outside main entrance. It was really lovely and much cheaper than hotel.

My fiance and I travel a lot and we thought this hotel was terrific. The decor was very nice and unlike many nice hotels the rooms were similarly charming. They also have an amazing bar on the 5th floor roof which looks over the whole city. The front desk was incredibly accomodating and they offer free internet access, free access to business center […] computers, and even free printing. The parking is pretty expensive by polish standards (about $30 per day) but there is nearby parking which is cheaper. The breakfast had a large selection and was generally pretty good, though the eggs were questionable at times. We very much enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Hilton Gdansk which has an excellent riverside location a few minutes walk from the main street ulica Dluga. Our room was spacious with all mod-cons - an extra large bed, walk-in shower, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, sofa and wifi which is so essential these days. Somewhat unusually for a hotel there […] was no noise disturbance as the room was well insulated. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive with the option of certain dishes such as omelettes being cooked to order. On the top floor was a roof terrace with stupendous views of the River Motlawa and the old town. Also on the roof was a pool but the adjacent sauna was so small it could only accomodate one person at a time. The main problem we had was the aircon in the room which did not work throughout our stay. However on the penultimate day of our stay we were given a complimentary bottle of merlot after the very helpful staff had failed to fix the problem. We stayed there for part of our honeymoon. It was awesome. Everything Hilton can offer. Pool was great, location is perfect. There is a water taxi that docks right in front of the hotel. So if you are going to Hel or Westerplatte it is very convenient. Brand new hotel. Modern. Vi var veldig fornøyd med hele oppholdet på Hilton hotell. Vi var på hotellet fra onsdag- søndag. Servicen var utrulig bra! Det er veldig reinslig og de ansatte hilse alltid på. Dette er et hotell vi absolutt kunne tenkt oss tilbake på!!
