The hotel room was comfortable for a non-smoker. We had booked two smoking rooms but were given non smoking room. Had to call manager for ashtray and ?about non smoking room. Checkin was pathetic. Took one and half hours before they could allocate room for us as room was not cleaned on time. For a 4star hotel, there was never enough towels. We booked […] two room with a child in each but only got two towels on first day, and room service did not even change the towels the next day after cleaning. Hotel seemed almost unable to cope with the numberof guests over the Eid holiday. The 2 main lifts could not cope with the numbers; the restaurant struggled to supply sufficient food to the buffets; the outside buffet was dark and difficult to see the food. The location of the hotel is 40 km from the specified location on hotels.com. This I learned when I arrived at the address which was published on hotels.com, and may account a taxi 40 km and 30 min. This helped to reduce the appearance of the stay.

The Hotel is presented much over value. First of all, the location on the hotels.com map is very wrong - in reality it's located in the Jazirat Al Hamra Free Trade Zone, 34km away from the presented location! We were searching for more than an hour to get there. I would never have chosen the hotel, if I would have known here it is! A lot of noise […] from the surrounding industry park - it's not so nice to wake up in the morning by the noise of the industry. The atmosphere in the Hotel was very reserved, and the guests were treated informal, like "numbers". Very slow processes on the reception. Waiting time for the check-in about 20 minutes due to processing issues. No excuse from the desk staff, no improvement on the staffing during the waiting time - simply no reaction. Men/woman separated SPA area - very small and with the flavor of a hospital. Rooms are clean, but also here: we've found one cup for tea and one tea bag in a double room... the hotel is located is al hamarah village witch is near by ras al khaimah very decent location, near by beach about 5 minuets, shopping mall and food courts about 3 minuets peaceful place all verities of food is available cal taxi is available, locals are nice helpful and friendly.

My husbend and I stayed here as a cheaper option while on holiday with our friends who were staying in a 5 star hotel. The room itself was nice and just what we expected from the website. J'ai passé deux nuits en famille dans cet hôtel. L'accès est très facile et il dispose d'un grand parking. L'établissement est d'une propreté remarquable et le service de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent tant dans le choix que dans la qualité. Hotellet ser tiltalende ut ved første øyekast til tross for at det ligger midt i et industriområde. Plasseringen av hotellet stemmer ikke overens med kartet på Expedias side, men ligger ca 2,5 - 3 mil utenfor Ras Al Khaimah sentrum i et område som heter Al Hamra. Taxi til sentrum koster drøyt 50 AED (ca 80 kroner) og tar 20-25 min. Rommene er helt ok, […] men en jevn during fra industriområdet høres døgnet rundt. Hele bassengområdet ligger i skygge hele dagen - gjorde det den tiden vi var der i februar i hvertfall. De ansatte er hyggelige, men dessverre fraværende hva gjelder service. Frokostmannskapet evner ikke å supplere med bestikk og servietter ved bord som er brukt, ei heller å supplere med pålegg og drikke som går tomt. Man blir gående å lete etter bestikk fra andre bord. Også betjeningen tar kopper etc fra andre bord i stedet for å hente nye når noen gir beskjed om at de mangler f.eks kopp. Kokken lager god omelett og speilegg på bestilling. Middagsbuffet ute ved bassenget prøvde vi en kveld. Den var ok, men bar litt preg på å ha stått en stund. Expedia reklamerer med at hotellet har trådløs internett, men det stemmer ikke. Trådbasert wlan finnes på rommet, men midt i vårt opphold fikk vi beskjed om at man nå gikk bort fra gratis internett til betalt. 50 AED for 24 timer. Kan logge av sånn at tiden stopper. Finnes en liten butikk 100 meter unna hotellet, men det er også alt som finnes i gangavstand. Taxi 5 min unna finnes Al Hamra kjøpesenter. 10 AED Đọc thêm
