I had a very quiet room on the 13th floor as I had requested a high room. All facilities were in order and the check-out and check-in were very smooth. I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is a very spacious and comfortable hotel, conveniently situated for the airport. It is quiet, the internet works well, it has a good gym and the blackout curtains really do their job. When I was staying there the parking lot was partly closed, which was a bit inconvenient particularly as I had chosen the hotel because it usually has excellent free […] parking, however I managed to find a spot in the end. Hotel is very nice, very updated. However, going from the dusseldorf airport to the hotel is not "walking distance", you could only take taxi and it cost )10 euros one way. Breakfast buffet cost $17 per person, food is fresh with good variety.

Excellent room and facility. The only issue is that there is not airport shuttle and its a good distance from anything except the hotel restaurant and bar. They seem OK if you like that sort of thing.

Convenient location, excellent staff, great breakfasts, large and comfort room. Stylish design. Will stay here every time when I need to be close to airport.

A plain-looking building from the outside, but a modern, pretty, well-equipped hotel on the inside. Good customer service. Only minor negative point is its location, which is not as close to the airport as I expected (it is about a 15-Euro cab ride).

Having to leave your credit card at the desk in order to make any phone calls is a terrible decision. Having to leave your room card/key in a specific slot in order to get the room lights to work is also a terrible idea.

Being a frequent business traveller I can only recommend this hotel. Free Wifi in all the building (finally) and a nice large room with a great restaurant and efficient staff makes this hotel one of the best airport hotel I ever been. Strongly recommended. Cheers Andrea

VERY NICE MODERN HOTEL, REASONABLE BAR AND RESTAURANT PRICES. FURTHER AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT THAN I WAS EXPECTING, BUT STILL ONLY 5 OR 10 MINUTES IN A TAXI. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Not really local to anywhere, but if all you want is a comfortable, well appointed hotel with a very presentable restaurant, then look no further. I have had to travel a lot for work, and I can say that this is one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in.

Chosen for a quick overnight trip for business at the Messe, This hotel is excellent. It's a Euro 20 cab from the airport at night - middle of nowhere - but: Very modern, comfortable rooms - nice bar and restaurant - super breakfast - for business travel I would settle for this every time!

If you don't need to stay close to Downtown or have an advantage when you stay close to the Airport - it's just perfect. I will be back

this hotel is in a clean industrial area, away from town. about 2km to nearest grocery store. get a taxi or ok if you have a car. had a family room, lots of space, no kitchenette, just a bar fridge. very modern and crisp.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was very quiet. Service was efficient and the bathroom was huge. Beds were also very comfortable. The free internet and free parking both worked out fine.

My husband and I spent a weekend in this hotel and it was perfect. No loud music, no hassle, no crazy staff, the room was not a box and the wellness center was just that – wellness.

staff looked after me very well, plenty of staff on duty in the evening as well as in the morning for breakfast, good Food and good service trough the Hotel with a smile all-round, spacious Rooms, very quiet location for an Airport Hotel, no Noise at all, definitely recommended

Love this modern decorated hotel. the room is simply top notch. friendly receptionists. free, excellent breakfast buffet, free wifi in the room. The only down side is that it's not close to the metro station.
