Very nice staff, very clean modern rooms, great location, good resturants within walking distance, two tube stations within a couple of blocks, easy walk to many top destinations. Would definately stay again.

Service and promises given for my booking preference was totally ignored and dealt with unsatisfactory and nothing was done to overcome the problem. Very Very disappointed.

Would recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff are very helpful and they do everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The attention to detail is really what made our stay relaxed and most comfortable

My husband and I stayed at 130 Queen's Gate August 27-31. It's a sleekly modern, high-end flat with many nice features. We had a one bedroom flat with nice large windows facing the street that made it nice and airy, a very small but complete kitchen, with microwave and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a very deep tub/shower, toilet and bidet. The unit […] also had a small combination washer and dryer. It also had a nice tv in the living area and bedroom, but didn't get all the premium channels like ESPN and other channels listed but were in fact "encrypted" when we tried to watch, which was disappointing. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful and available 24/7. But by far the best part of 130 Queen's Gate is its prime location. Many properties claim they are "close to" or "within walking distance to"... But this place is truly within a 5 to 10 minute walk of a French Bakery, 2 fairly large and a small grocery store, 2 tube stations, bus stations, pubs, shops, the Natural History Museum, Hyde Park and restaurants! What more could you ask for? It is in South Kensington, a very nice neighborhood in London where you will see residents and tourists from every nationality living and vacationing seamlessly. It is a short walk, more than 10 minutes but still not far to Harrods. From this area you can also take a tube to any train station you would want. For location, you will not find a more convenient or nicer place to stay than 130 Queen's Gate! Đọc thêm

If you are looking for a veyr high standard of quality and finishing, in a quiet and ideal location, then 130 Queens Gate is an excellent choice. But remember, this is NOT a hotel, so do not expect bell service, concierge, room service or housekeeping on a Sunday. My room was a 10 out of 10 in quality, cleanliness, EVERYTHING worked. TV in the living […] room and TV in the bedroom. Stereo with Ipod connections in both the Living Room and Bedroom. Bathroom was excellent, clean and modern with a full jacuzzi bath/shower and bidet. My room (deluxe 1 bedroom) had AC, heating, comfortable sofa and two chairs, full dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The staff were professionally pleasant and business like but not very outgoing or particularly friendly. They are not there to be your friend, only to facilitate the administrative side of the facility. There was a very small gym with a treadmill, some weights and a 'machine'. We were happy with the service and the rooms. We had one studio apt and one 2 bedroom apt. Both served us well. We would use this hotel again. Thank you.

Excellent 1 bedroom serviced apartment, good service, security and staff. In excellent location near 2 train stations, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge shopping.

お風呂の栓がなかったので、ホテルに言ったら、前からそうです有れば電話すると言っていましたがそれっきりで　タオルで栓をして　なんとか　お湯を溜めました、又　入浴中に突然　お湯から水に変わることが４拍中　３回ありました。テレビはリビングと寝室にありましたが寝室のリモコンは探して貰ったがなかった、ベットメイク　や　ルームクリーニング（バスタオルの交換等）は毎日とホテル概要に書いておりましたが　日曜日は　休みだそうです、その他は部屋も広く対応もフレンドリーで子供ずれには良いホテルだと思います

部屋の広さ、清潔度、設備は申し分ありませんでした。特に部屋の広さについては想像をはるかに超えていました。 残念な点はトイレの便座が冷たい。トイレの便座についてはイギリスのホテルが全面的にそうなのかもしれません。一番問題なのはシャワーが突然ぬるくなり、その後、その日はお湯に戻ることはなかった。滞在中は同じ状態の繰り返しで、非常に寒い思いをしました。これさえなければさすが5スターホテルとなるところでしたが、非常に残念でしょうがありません。
