The appeal of the hotel is the location with the slides going right into the sea. Nice place to kick back and relax. Rooms pretty basic but large- we had a seaside room with a nice view. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good , we didn't get the dinner package. Good place for a family with kids.

The hotel claimed to be a place for adults however that was not the case. This is clearly a family frendly not adult friendly resort. The rooms were had a very nasty and musky smell but they were clean. The beds had old sheets and were very hard. If you speak english only good luck, only two people in the entire spoke english well.

The hotel is a dump. The rooms are dirty. The staff is unaccomodating at best. The food is awful. We even saw a cat walking on the food laid out at the breakfast buffet. Yes the view is beautiful but you would be more comfortable sleeping on the edge of the sea than in the uncomfortable beds. The cattle call atmosphere, the low quality of the accommodations […] will astound you. The rooms doors do not lock on their own, you need to use a filthy outdated key to lock them. Overall the hotel is quite nice and the pools are fabulous. Food was only mediocre not what you would expect in Sicily. All meals were buffet and very expensive if not included in your package. First night we arrived to check in at about 10pm and we were starving after a long day travelling. No dinner to be had anywhere in the hotel as restaurant only […] open till 9.30pm. Eventually found a very noisy bar that served us 'toast'. Not a good start. As we didnt have a car and the resort is outside Terrasini we thought there would be no prob getting taxis in and out. Wrong again! Hotel will only provide their own taxi service which is way overpriced especially after 10pm. Eventually found a bus service to Terrasini and there is a bus to Palermo from the resort but the return times are very early. Overall staff were lovely except for one very rude young man in reception on our last day. Pity because the bar staff in particular were so friendly. I would not stay here again unless I had a car and wasnt bothered about the food. Make sure to include lunch or dinner in your package. Great pools, good facilities for kids, rooms were basic but very clean and we had a massive balcony overlooking the sea..all depends on what you are looking for. Đọc thêm

This resort is fabulous! Great location and lots to do. We were there for 2 nights and used it only as a base from which to make day trips exploring the island. No time to take advantage of the pools and other amenities there. Small complaints here - staying in the "village" we were limited to 2 dining areas which we found confusing and not convenient. […] Directions to the hotel from the Palermo airport were also confusing. Signage to the hotel and on the premises not the best.The village section seemed to be mostly for families, which we were not. Again, not a huge deal since we were not there much during our stay. To more than compensate for the small complaints - it was right on the water and our balcony had breathtaking views! The price was very reasonable. I'll start with a positive. the grounds of this hotel are massive and fabulous. there facilities of pools, slides and sports equipment is excellent!! However, its isolated from anywhere! we felt that being english speakers we were nothing but a complete inconvience to the staff. our room was broken into on the first night and found it really difficult […] to get appropriate help the next day ( one passport was stolen!) Their system of paying for drinks is nonsence, its done on a basis where you top up a card at reception daily and use it around the premisis, but some dont accecpt them, no cash at any of the bars but you can pay cash for their prepaid card. Although on occassions they asked us if we could pay cash!! I have never ate less on a holiday, 20-30 euro for a buffet, but not a lasange or decent pasta in sight!!!! theres only so much pizza one can take!! We found very few of the bar staff to be friendly. there was entertainment nightly performed by a talented animation team, but never in english and not always translated to english. the animation team went roud the pool during the day speaking to guests, they never once approched us, we feel this is because were speaking english. The manners of the staff at the recption area is what mostly spoiled our stay as we had to engage with them on almost a daily basis we actually wondered if any of them had undergone hospitality training! i would not recommend this hotel to english speakers as you will feel very frustrated!!! Revisited this resort after twenty five years and was dissapointed, it has not kept up to modern times . There is no internet access in the rooms accept at reception. There was just one windsurfer for all the hundreds of guests to share and no boats for hire. Reception basically ignores you or is unhelpful, and it took me three hours queuing just to […] book one excursion at the agents. Transport in and out of the resort is very difficult, we found it impossible even to get a taxi. On the positice side , the place iks cheep, and cheerful, the animators are keen, the baby dance club is well organised and the food is abundant and excellant. This hotel needs serious refurbishment but besides that, the service quality is so poor we regreted going there. Positive: nice park, cool nights, good for kids (not our priority). Negative: terrible food, no taxis (except for the hotel's one - EUR 50 for 7 km drive to nearby Terrasini, where you can get nice food), freezing pools, no shade, not enough […] sun beds nor umbrellas, no real beach, no beach towels, poorly furnished rooms, no room service, empty mini bar, excursions only in Russian (!), ... First of all I paid top price for a deluxe sea view...no sea view, the hotel said it was not their issue they tell the booking companies that the room faces the sea. Ours did but forest was between my room and the sea. The room was their best and it was dirty, no shower door so the bathroom flooded every shower. The place was booked all weekend so what they are doing with the money is a mystery. Otroligt dålig service och otrevlig personal. Eftersom vi bokat och betalat via internet fick vi spendera ca 2 timmar med att argumentera för att vi inte skulle behöva betala en gång till. Badplatsen var trevlig annars var det mesta inget vidare.

This is good place for elders and familes, if you search for adventure, then this is not a good place, because of poor quality of trnasport between cities, so you need to rent a car for that. But the hotel is nice and Tobogan is great!

Det var dyrt, rummet vi hade var litet, dålig AC och ganska ofräscht/orenoverat. Man fick vara först på plats både vid frukostbuffen och middagsbuffen annars fanns inte det man ville ha kvar (Dom var dåliga med att fylla på) Aktiviteterna var helt ok, det fanns massor med roliga saker att göra.

Hotelli on rakennettu kauan sitten ja vaatisi etenkin huoneiden osalta remonttia. Suihkukaappi on tosi pieni, vessa piti aina painaa kahdesti, kun se jäi muuten valumaan, kaikki huonekalut mm. sängyt todella vanhoja. Seinät eristävät myös erittäin huonosti ääntä. Allasalueet ovat etenkin perheille erinomaiset ja niillä on jatkuvasti erilaista ohjelmaa […] vaikka ei juurikaan englanniksi. Perhealtaalla voisi olla kaksinkertainen määrä aurinkotuoleja. Hotellissa on todella paljon tekemistä. Hyvät parkkialueet, jotka sisältyvät hintaan. Auto on lähes välttämätön, jos haluaa tehdä muutakin kuin olla hotellilla. Struttura molto grande e bella, peccato per la scarsa manutenzione. Un posto così dovrebbe essere sempre perfettamente tenuto. L' unica piscina che si poteva utilizzare perchè pulita era riservata ad un gruppo di nuotatori stranieri. Le altre piscine erano ancora da pulire e le altre strutture non funzionanti. A notre arrivée, bonne impression à la réception : agréable, on nous attribue la chambre 118 (1er étage au dessus de la réception, bât. Arca). Quelle ne fut pas notre déception en ouvrant la porte de la chambre : très décevante par rapport aux photos, salle de bain horrible (minuscule, douche vieillissante, traces d'excrément sous le lavabo !!, vieux […] vêtements laissés par le précédent occupant, serviettes usées et malodorantes). Tout cela ajouté à l'odeur régnant dans le couloir, on se croyait tout simplement dans une chambre d'hôpital !! Le balcon : belle vue sur la mer, mais pas de séparation avec les voisins (aucune intimité). Le pire était à venir : le restaurant "le isole". Nous n'avions jamais vu cela dans un hôtel ! C'est tout simplement une cantine où l'on entasse les centaines d'occupants de l'hôtel. On mange sur des tables communes car il y a trop de monde. Il y règne un brouhaha impressionnant, et il faut faire la queue pour espérer quelques cuillérées de plat chaud (on ne peut se servir soi-même que pour le buffet d'entrées, et le dessert (1 seul choix, et si vous n'arrivez pas tôt, il n'y en a plus)). Idem pour le petit déjeuner le matin : même usine (piège ?) à touristes et peu de choix pour un buffet. Heureusement, jardins extérieurs magnifiques et bien équipés (vue sur mer, piscines, bars, animations...) : le seul point positif de cet hôtel, avec le fait aussi que le personnel parle français. Nulla da dire rul paesaggio e il mare, fantastici. Villaggio: Non è cambiato in 30 anni (ci sono andata 2 anni dopo l'inaugurazione e ho confrontato le foto), magari andrebbero risistemate un po' le camere che pur essendo spaziose e solari risentono dei loro 30anni (il villaggio è stato costruito alla fine degli anni 70 e da allora non è cambiato). […] Da un villaggio 4 stelle ci si aspetta di +. Bisognerebbe mandare i gestori dei villaggi a vedere come sono i 4* in mar rosso o in generale all'estero. Non si può far pagare il collegamento con l'ereoporto!!! An der Zimmerausstattung gibt es nichts auszusetzen (außer die hellhörigen Wände), Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte ein wenig besser sein, im Großen und Ganzen aber ziemlich sauber. Et familievennlig hotell bortsett fra en del lyd fra musikkanlegg i området rundt resepsjonsbygningen til over midnatt. Kjedelig på matfronten, men med leiebil (anbefales og fås relativt rimelig på hotellet) kommer man seg ut på restauranter/supermarked. Kjøleskap på rom.

Rengøringen på udefaciliteterne var absolut ikke i orden. Der trænger også til en del vedligeholdelse.Bl.a. omk. sportsaktiviteterne. Vi var ikke på helpension, og manglede derfor et sted hvor vi kunne få andet mad end pizza og sandwich. nous sommes une famille avec 1 enfant de 6 ans et avons séjourné dans ce club de vacances la 1ère semaine de juillet, qui est pour nous la période idéale : temps magnifique, ambiance au rdv, pas trop de monde (pas d'attente au buffet, des transats toujours disponibles au bord des piscines) et surtout un paradis pour les enfants. La vue est absolument […] magnifique sur le golfe avec de beaux couchers de soleils. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour vous rendre le séjour agréable (piscines transats, mini-golf gratuit, tir à l'arc, discothèque, amphithéatre, club enfant, bars, restaurants, glacier, centre spa, tennis...). Seuls bémols, nous avions pris que la formule petit déjeuner, mais le buffet n'est pas extraordinaire. La boutique aussi propose des produits assez chers, il vaut mieux si on dispose d'une voiture faire quelques achats au centre commercial qui se situe à 20 km juste avant Palerme. Les chambres sont très bien situées surtout celle que nous avions eu au bungalow argo avec une très grande terrasse avec vue plongeante sur la mer. talmente grande da consentire anche a chi, come noi, non ama le animazioni e similari di trovare angoli di quiete...fino alla fine di giugno: poi le presenze aumentano notevolmente e diventa difficile sottrarsi alla bolgia. Immersa nel verde la struttura riesce a non essere cacofonica con l'ambiente circostante che è meraviglioso come tutta la Sicilia. […] Servizi efficientissimi, personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e dotate di belle terrazze. La ristorazione, di qualità medio-buona, risente dell'affollamenro per cui il self service è un pò caotico (soprattutto a causa della maleducazione della gente che, probabilmente, teme di morire di fame... anche se le quantità disponibili vanno ben oltre il necessario), ma con un piccolo extra si può utilizzare un ristorante con servizio ai tavoli. ll prezzo di bevande e altri extra, nei vari bar, è spesso non ragionevolmente maggiorato rispetto al normale fenomeno usuale in questi posti. appena sono arrivato mi hanno rifilato una camera molto brutta e puzzolente , molto lontano dal centro del villagio... poi sono riuscito ad ottenere con un po di parole una stanza " decente " .... struttura splendia come posizione ma molto trascurata e vecchia. solo l'hotel è ristrutturato il resto del villaggio e decadente e la pulizia neanche eccellente […] anzi... poi dipende come si è abituati!! un consiglio.. ce di meglio! il centro benessere carino ma nulla di che! anche un po caro!!!
