Hotel Appia 442 - Rome

The Appia lived-up to its billing... Nothing fancy, simple continental breakfast, steps away from a Metro stop (six stops from Termini Station on the red line) and a place to lay your head for a reasonable price in Rome. No complaints...no issues... stayed 3 nights.

Hotel Appia 442 was a pleasant surprise. The location is great only 20 meters away from the metro station. From there you could access pretty much every important site in Rome in a short time. The hotel employee (Sandra) was very attentive and made me feel like home. Breakfast was simple but good enough for me. Rooms were very clean however they may […] look are small for people from North American. Overall the hotel was a great discovery for me, a good hotel for a very reasonable price. We booked hotel online--and what a great surpise!!A chic 9 rooms -in perfect area--walk 20 feet to Metro--Owners are so helpful--rooms were quiet--bed was large and great--whole hotel was spotless!! まず立地が抜群。地下鉄の駅から0分、テルミニ駅、スペイン広場、聖ピエトロまで地下鉄Ａ線で一本（テルミニ駅まで約10分）です。すぐ近くにはスーパーマーケットやバールもあります。まわりは中心からちょっと離れた住宅地といいった感じです。観光にもビジネスにも推薦できます。

Wie in den anderen Bewertungen auch zu lesen: Ein sehr kleines, modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit 1a Service. Lage könnte schöner sein, dafür ist man in 20 Sekunden in der Metro...was will man mehr. Falls ein Zimmer frei ist: buchen.

Un emplacement au pied du métro, un accueil remarquable, une chambre propre. Cet hôtel est idéal pour visiter Rome et la directrice y parle français et est toujours prête à vous renseigner. Si je devais séjourner à Rome à nouveau, j'iras là-bas.

Det var ett otroligt mysigt hotell med familjär känsla. Helt nyrenoverat så det var superfräscht, rent och bekvämt. Det ligger 20 meter från en tunnelbanestation (Furio Camillo) så det gjorde ingenting att det låg en bit utanför centrum. Men det som verkligen gjorde upplevelsen var det trevliga bemötandet och den goda servicen, outstanding!

La location è strategica in quanto davanti la metro Furio Camillo. Le camere sono ristrutturate e nuove, comunque spaziose. Nel quartiere si trovano diverse buone trattorie dove cenare.

Punti di forza: pulizia, gentilezza del personale, comfort e pulizia della stanza, centrale e soprattutto di fronte alla fermata della Metro A (in pochi minuti ci si sposta in tutta Roma). Il costo è relativamente basso, se comparato con altre strutture di Roma. In assoluto invece penso sia un po' caro se si considera che non si tratta di un hotel classico, […] è un piano di una condominio (no hall, no parcheggio, no servizio notturno, no ristorante, no bar, colazione alquanto ridotta e in una saletta molto piccola). 我们此次出游，游览了德国、荷兰、法国和意大利，时长半个月。我们在这家酒店停留了2晚, 感觉是我们在欧洲住过的性价比最好的一家酒店。相对于这个价格，酒店设置很好，酒店主人非常用心，对房间的布置及各项设置安排，尤其是早餐，虽然比较简单，但会感觉到主人对每一项都非常用心，也很干净，让我们感觉很舒适、开心。酒店的地理位置也不错，一出地铁站马上可以到达，很方便。如果再去罗马，我很有可能会再选这家酒店。

服務人員態度很親切. 服務品質很好. 在我有需要幫忙的時候. eg. 列印車票, 飯店人員很願意幫忙. 房間設備很新. 有免費的小mini-bar. 但早餐很陽春. 本次住宿洽逢跨年期間, 飯店還有贈送兩瓶小橄欖油當作新年禮物.

L'acceuil de l'hotel est convivial, et en français, merci à Sandra. L'hotel est à 10 mètre de la lihne A du métro, ce qui est pratqiue lorsque l'on est pas habitué au système de bus de Rome. L'hôtel est très propre, bien équipé (douche immense, mini-bar, accès internet gratuit, TV, ...)
