Hotel De Normandie is situated in Havre des Pas area of Jersey around 10 minutes walk to the centre of St Helier and nearer for local eateries, the start of the town shops and on bus route 1 from town to Gorey, which stops at the hotel. Fine looking hotel, in good condition, well maintained with spotless clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is […] good and cooked to order for the hot items. The swimming pool is a good size and open long hours. For the less energetic there are a couple of quiet lounges and the bar meals are well worth a try. Good value for money. The Hotel is tired but a refurb is underway. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Good breakfast. I didn't try the pool, bar etc so can't comment. I was there for two nights in a single room. Would stay there again.

I stayed at the Hotel De Normandie for 3 nights & was very pleased with my choice. It was clean, warm & cozy. The staff were polite & very helpful, & the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

we had a great stay all the staff are fantastic i have stayed in five star hotels and the staff have not been as good just great value we would stay here again

We stayed at Normandie for a week in early September, 2012. Staff were universally helpful and cheerful. Location was 10-15 walk to city center, but there was also a bus stop just feet from the front door. Breakfast - "full English" (egg, bacon, sausage, fried tomato and mushrooms, and beans) or your choice of cold cereals, Toast, coffee, juice, etc. […] Bar menu had a nice range of items from starters to main entrees. We asked for, and got, a room on the quiet side of the hotel. Tea and coffee maker in the room. TV with multiple channels. Wi-fi only in public areas. We did not have a car, but it looked like parking would be an issue, as there was so little space. We'd go back to this hotel on any return trip to Jersey. Đọc thêm

The bedding ,towels etc were spotless. The room had plenty of wardrobe space and the shower was great (no bath). Staff were very helpful and curteous. Improvements were taking place during our visit to improve the general condition of the passages and stairways,however these did not have any negative effect on our movements to and from reception. However […] finding your way from your room to reception was difficult (unless you had a sat nav handy) and a bit of a hike due to the many corridors and stairs. Staff on reception were excellent . Breakfast was very good but lacked variety. There is no doubt that this is a two star facility but one which they are trying hard to improve. Many of the critical opinons we found on other reviews proved to be unfounded. Hotel a good fifeteen minute flat walk to city centre. We would have no qualms in returning to this hotel. Đọc thêm

As a Spa hotel, it has seen better days. Had heated indoor pool with hardly anyone using it. Great! Good full English breakfast included.

I was very well satisfied with my 3 day stay at the Hotel de Normandie. I was given a good sized double en-suite room even though I was travelling alone. The room was well equipped with a TV, telephone, safe and coffee making facilities. I was very pleased with the rate charged per night and would say that this hotel offers very good value for money. […] The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was excellent providing a cooked meal, if required, as well as cereals, fruit and toast. The hotel offers evening bar meals only. The hotel is situated near the sea and about 15 minutes walk from the main shopping area of St Helier and Liberation Bus Station. I am happy to recommend this hotel. Đọc thêm

L'hôtel est assez proche du centre, et au départ des itinéraires cyclistes. Les chambres sont simples et propres. C'est du côté du service fournit que l'hôtel vaut vraiment le coup. Le petit déjeuner inclut typiquement british est de très bonne facture, à ajouter le Wi-Fi gratuit, la piscine et la plage à côté...

The room description said "room with a sea view", which was why we chose this hotel. But the room was not facing the sea side, but a byway. Also the bathroom door couldn't close properly - not so nice when the toilet is in the bathroom.... Good breakfast, though.

Beau séjour de 4 nuits dans une grande chambre, la literie était plutôt molle (gare si vous souffrez du dos), la salle de bain plutôt vieillotte mais propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et personnel serviable. La piscine et le spa sont agréables lorsque le temps n'y est pas. Il faut marcher pour rejoindre le centre ville de St Hélier (ou prendre le bus) […] mais la baie est au pied de l'hôtel. Une excellente paillote Thai juste en face que je vous conseille vivement. excellent acceuil, a la reception, au bar, dans la salle de restaurant, le gardien de nuit tres aimable: tres bonnes prestations vu le prix paye! petit dejeuner continental tres correct, : chambre plus grande qu' escompte et vue mer! seul bemol, l' emplacement ; trop loin du centre mais je le savais deja car je connais tres bien Jersey: mais suis arrivee2030 […] et repartie le lendemain a 0800, donc pas un gros probleme: Y reviendrai s volontiers dans les memes circonstances.
