wouldn't stay here again it was very basic, noisy and uncomfortable very much in need of modernising and the staff weren't very customer friendly. the good point was it was on the sea front and close to the old town.

Enjoyed stay very much we had a sea view which was wonderful. We were half board and the food was much improved from a previous visit. There was good and varied choice This is a budget Spanish hotel and you feel you are abroad. The views are wonderful and it close to beach and " Old Town "

As always a great location, comfortable hotel with stunning sea views. Definitely recommend the small upgrade to include the sea views. Short-term stays this is an ideal hotel with friendly staff and good facilities

"interesting" hotel. great location for beach and old town. dea views were great to wake up to. lifts were a bit slow, so lower floors are better as then dont need to use lifts each time. for location and views it was great.

This hotel is very well located, rooms and others commun parts of the hotel are original and peaceful. The staff is nice and give good advices. This hotel is a very pleasant place for holidays. I will book in this hotel when i will come back in Benidorm Maybe the quality of the bed could be improved.

Ganske godt tilfreds efter 4 dages ophold på Esmeralda med helpension. Beliggenheden er helt formidabel! Ca 1/2 min gang til hyggelig strand og masser af små caféer, barer og små butikker lige ved. Værelset var ikke overdådigt på nogen måde, men der var, hvad der skulle være. Rent og pænt og sengene ganske fine. Vi havde tilvalgt havudsigt - kan ABSOLUT […] anbefales!!! Maden består af buffet til alle 3 måltid og er ganske udemærket - oveni købet er vin + vand inkludret til frokost og middag. Helt fin betjening. Eneste minus er, at der er temmelig lydt, hvis man har højttalende naboer. Alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse til prisen og vi vil bestemt vælge Esmeralda, hvis vi kommer til Benidorm igen. Es una pena que este hotel situado tan bien en primera linea de playa no este renovado,en primer lugar no tiene un cartel que anuncie en donde esta el hotel,hay habitaciones que necesitan una buena reforma la mia dentro de lo que cabe estaba mas o menos bien pero la de unos amigos olía a desague los colchones viejos unos amigos tenían de tres camas […] dos eran de espuma otros el baño un poco viejo y para hacerles una buena reforma la comida del hotel pese a tener un bufet pequeño la comida estaba muyy buena menos mal que tenia algo bueno y las puertas de las habitaciones para cambiar y aparte iban con llave no con tarjeta. El hotel está situado en el centro comercial y turístico de la ciudad, por lo que estás en ambiente nada más salir. Esto conlleva dificultades de aparcamiento salvo que tengas suerte por las inmediaciones. La habitación nuestra daba a ras de calle y el mobiliario dejaba mucho que desear. Sin embargo, me sorprendió el buen estado de limpieza. El servicio […] y desayuno aceptables.
