The Heritage Hotels Sathorn - Bangkok

This was our first hotel in Thailand and due to the very low price we weren't expecting much. After getting in a cab from the airport, we had to go to two other Heritage hotels before we finally taken to a third, which was the correct one. In getting things delivered and taking more taxis, we found that people didn't know where it was and often took […] us to the wrong place, or in our case, delivered suits to the wrong place even though we had given him a hotel card. Anyway, the staff are very helpful, but their English wasn't the best, do often there were language barriers which made it hard to chase things up such as lost suits. When asking the receptionist where the gym was, she said that they didn't have one. Having specifically booked hotels that have gyms I was confused, and asked her why it says that they have one advertised. She hesitated, and then said that the gym was broken, but that I was welcome to go up and use it. When I got upstairs, the jacuzzi was empty and tiles missing, all the equipment was from the 70s and 80s and had bits missing, and the floor was littered with rubbish. They may end up sorting this out, but as of our visit was in complete disrepair. The location is pretty good, close to a main road with places to buy fresh fruit for breakfast (as the hotel doesn't offer it) and the skytrain which is only four stops from MBK, the major shopping mall. The hotel is located in a backlane. The breakfast is the same everyday and not enough as a meal.The air-condition was not working and the i had to wait until 3pm for house keeping to make my room.

The gym was very dirty and badly maintain, and although the websites indicates a swimming pool there was no pool. The room was spacious but a little unclean, the tv didn't work. The hotel location is not great, particularly those walking back at night.

No amenities. If you just need a clean place to sleep and shower it is great for the price.

Assuming you are not a backpacker and dont want to stay on busy Khao san Road, this hotel has a great location within the city, close to all the attractions you would want to see. The main problem is that it is located in a back alley, making it difficult for taxi drivers to find. The first thing I should mention is that there is 4 hotels in this chain within about 10 blocks from one another-so it can be confusing to look them up & for cab drivers to find the right one. The Heritage Sathorn is especially difficult as it is tucked away on a small street that resembles an alley. Drivers did not understand the Thai directions we […] had printed from the website so until we got ourselves oreinted & confident to tell them where to go, it was quite a headache. The first night we arrived we were told that the lights in one of our rooms was broken & they would have to rellocate us to the Heritage hotel down the block. I found this odd & wondered why they didn't call or email to advise, but of course the problem could have come up at the last second. The next day we were checked in & got to see the rooms. They have beautiful paint above the bed frames & a luminescent headboard. The sheets were clean & the room much larger than we expected. The downsides were that the shower could have used some grout & the white walls were scuffed with black markings. Above the shower it looked like the ceiling was had taken some water damage & maybe mold. TV & Wifi worked fine. It also seemed like every second day or so our key card would be denied but the front desk would quickly & apologetically get us a new one. All in all, considering the affordability of the hotel, I would stay again, but I would be cautious to who I recommended it to. Đọc thêm

The staff first and foremost are really nice and very good. The hotel was clean and very well kept. internet service is fast. The only problem is the bed. it is not comfortable enough. They have to make them better so guests can sleep better.

This hotel have a terrible breakfast and really bad service.... If you come alone and only stay one night or more it is much better to book little bit more expensive than stay here, very far to skytrain, they have free shuttlebus but not all day.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL......

Tucked up in Soi 13, and just minutes from the main road and BTS station. Room was ok, but bathroom needed some attention. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Free bottled water and good wi fi that was free. Air con ok, tv had good signal. I booked for myself but took my Thai girlfriend and it was not problem checking her in and her ID was […] not taken. Property can be spruced up and trash/bin centre at hotel entrance be re-sited elsewhere as it was unsightly and emitted a stench.

Rauhallinen sijainti,mutta omasta mielestä silti tarpeeksi lähellä kaikkea. Skytrain asema kävelymatkan päässä! Kymmeniä kertoja Bangkokissa olleena tässä oli hintalaatusuhde yksi parhaimmista. Ensikertalaisille Bangkokin vierailijoille sijainti voi olla "erikoinen". Suosittelen lämpimästi!

地図が間違っています！そのせいで3時間ほど歩かされました(>_<) 親切なタイ人の人が助けてくれなかったらたどり着けませんでした！本当の場所はスラサックの近くのSoi13の突き当たりの学校を右に曲がったところにあります！しかし、BTS沿いのホテルであるため快適な観光ができました！部屋も清潔感があって良いです！強いていうならばシャワーが良くなかったです！

Venligt personale, hyggelig lille pool, mulighed for skræddersyet tøj og massage i salon eller på værelset. Ikke alle værelser har lige god udsigt. Der var for meget thai-morgenmad i buffeten. Hotellet ligger super godt i forhold til natmarked og the old city, man kan sagtens gå, og der er dejlige restauranter lige i nærheden.

Das Hotel ist als Platz zum Schlafen geeignet, mehr sollte man aber auch nicht erwarten. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Telefone oder die Türklingel hör man bis in jedes Zimmer. Auf das Frühstück sollte man besser ganz verzichten. Kaltes Spiegelei, trockenes Toast, 2g Marmelage und 2g Speck. Das aber mit täglicher Beständigkeit. 部屋はとても綺麗で清潔 広いですが場所が不便でタクシーを利用するしかない。予約がないと始めに言われたが、確認書をスマートホンに転送していてホテル確認番号を見せたらOKとのことでアーリーチェックインもしてくれた。

Die Ortschaft ist etwas abgelegen und zum Skytrain muss man ca 12-15min gehen der weg dorthin ist etwas beängstigend. Großes Manko ist das die Zimmer keine Fenster haben die man öffnen kann, dadurch stank das Zimmer nach Schimmel. Zum Glück nur 2Tage

値段の割には部屋が広い。 ロケーションが良いとは言えないが、比較的スカイトレインの駅が徒歩圏内にあるので どこに行くにも便利。通りから離れているので、あたりは静かです。近くに大きな病院 まである。
