We were looking for accomodation near Yosemite. Being long weekend we were unable to find nearby spots. This is good value for money. The room is old but it was maintained clean. There was no breakfast. I would recommend only for one day overnight stay.

We got a 2 queen room for 4 adults. It was clean, though the facilities seemed on the older side (i.e. the bathroom door looked like it could use replacement). A basic continental breakfast was provided (pastries and coffee, nothing else). Met my expectations for a low-priced motel.

We decided to stay in Sonora on our way to go skiing in Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley. I didn't realize that Rodeway Inn was a chain and had no idea to expect. The reviews on Hotels.com were favorable, so I thought I'd give it a try. Registration was still open when we checked in around 9:30, but closed soon after. The room was decent sized (but very […] dated and dark) with king bed (really hard and the pillows were really flat), night stands, dresser with TV on top (many channels to choose from), desk with chair, mini sized fridge and based microwave. The sink area was separate from the standup shower stall (took some time to warm up, but got hot and decent pressure) and toilette. Toiletteries are basic - just soap and shampoo. I didn't try to use the hair dryer, but it looked like a typical hotel hair dryer. The internet was wi-fi, although not a very good signal (and from Sonora Inn, so signal depends on your distance from the router). There is a basic complimentary continental breakfast (coffee, OJ, and prepackaged pastries, as well as white toast and English muffins). Parking was included on their lot and there were no issues parking there. Location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants on S. Washington Street and Sav-On groceries. The room I was in was clean. The room had a window unit that kept it warm at night. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower head was a bit low but besides that the water was warm and stayed warm. Clean but old. I left pillows there which they promptly found and held for me. Quick check in with a very nice manager. Walks thin, so it is noisy. Good place to stay for the price.

The motel is old, but clean. Bed was not very comfortable, but adequate. The heater was noisey and made loud popping noises when running. I would probably not stay there again, but was just ok.

Gleich neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Waschsalon, Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden, Frühstück war etwas spärlich und keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, Lage ist gut gleich neben der ruhigen Hauptstrasse.
