The front desk staff was mid and not super helpful. There was an additional fee for parking that was not advertised nor was it secure to warrant an additional fee when there was a lot right out in front of the hotel. This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn overall, but I would certainly do it again. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, I was able to check in early! The shuttle to the airport leaves every 30 minutes, so that’s very convenient. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, too so that’s a plus. The bed is huge and has very comfortable pillows. My only “complaint” is that the pool area was too muggy. There’s no ventilation but I still enjoyed the pool. The water was nice and cold. Overall, a perfect stay!
