We had to pay $150 deposit without any prior notice. We were told to turn off loud music at 10pm but there was an entire party in the pool with about 30 people that were blasting music all night. Upon check out, we were charged $20 out of the deposit due to my purple toning conditioner leaving a purple streak on the towel. Mind you that it’s COMPLETELY washable and it barely spotted on the towel.

While checking in, front desk staff was missing for about 15 minutes. Finally they came out. They required a 7$ resort fee that i had no idea about. aside from that, they required a 60$ (CASH)deposit in order for me to check in. i had to drive up to a store to withdraw cash. Low customer service as if its your privilege to stay in this place. at 7:45am when i was ready to check out and get my deposit back, the lobby was closed. I called a number in the door and they said they would open after 8. I give the managers or owners this place worst than a mom and pop place on how they run it. The room was good in general, beds are very springy and not the best if that's what you are looking for.

This place did the job and wasn't as costly as other's...pool was serviceable but didn't use since it was full. Keep your parking pass because they ask for it upon checking out. I thought it was weird that the guy in the office literally left us standing at the counter while he went to check if the room had suffered any damages to refund the $60. He was doing that guest by guest...maybe he was just working alone & needed help. I'd stay again, close to Clayton's

If I could give a zero star I would. People at the front desk aren’t all that good mannered. Had to ask for my refund back that I paid in cash. On the second night, my step daughter found bed bugs and got bitten multiple times by them. After talking with other people leaving, I wasn’t the only one with them. I wasn’t given my last two days of pet deposit back as well. Will never stay again .

Overall the stay was nice the pool was clean and perfect but the environment was a little scary employee did try to open our door before our checkout time which was a little scary because it was just me and my little sister but for the price and walk to the beach it was ok

The parking lot felt cramped and I was charged a $7.00 resort fee that was not explained in the Hotels.com app. They told me one total and the hotel added extra “per day” resort fees. At check in the gentlemen was just rude. I called previously to arriving and asked if there a deposit they stated no once we arrived they did in fact have a deposit and could only be paid in cash. Then we inquired about pet fee which it shows on their sign and hotels website that it’s $25 a night and 2 pet maximum per room but the guy at the desk stated he is now charging $250 each pet and will only allow 1pet per room.
