"paid to stay in a castle, but ended up in an auxiliary building 5 min walk away from the castle to carry suitcases down 3 flights. They helped us take it up the first time. and the Staff was excellent. I was just disappointed and wanted to stay in a castle room."

"A beautiful place to stay. Service from check in to check out was great, parking was convenient, and the room was clean. We had dinner in the "dungeon" with the pre-set tasting menu and it was extraordinary. We di did not utilize the spa area so I can't comment on those services. We would definitly stay here again."
