"We had an excellent experience at the Century Plaza Hotel. The Staff and housekeeping services are very attentive and welcoming. The Location was great, for everything we were doing, although it is next to a hospital and fire department so, you do hear sirens, we were on a high floor so did not find them to be overly bothersome. We were there for 5 nights and the location worked out great for visiting our daughter for 5 nights. We had a corner suite which was very spacious with a nice size kitchenette, which gave us a nice area to hang out with her. We dined in both onsite restaurants, (a Steakhouse, and Coffee shop-with Excellent pastries! ) which were both excellent. My only real suggestion, is that the hotel consider upgrading some of their bathroom towels, the ones we had were showing their age. We will gladly book again, next time we come to visit!"
