My Own Private Butterfly Garden
We stayed in the deluxe double room with a balcony at the Cat Ba View Hotel. The mountain was perhaps 5 meters away, so the view was of a wall of vertical vegetation. It was very private, and we had lovely butterflies flitting about. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The two Nanh's were hospitable and kind. The location is a block off the main street, so the noise is less than directly in Cat Ba Town. If going to Cat Ba, we would stay here again.

Helt perfekt!
Vi har rest runt i Vietnam i två månader och det här var det bästa hotellet hittills! Så otroligt rent, fräscht och bra standard. Sängarna är supersköna och stora, med fräscha krispiga lakan. Frukosten är jättebra, flera olika val och allt är jättegott! Personalen är supergullig och hjälpsam. Vi fick hjälp med att boka bussbiljetter till Ninh binh för ett bra pris. Vi fick också med oss en varsin flaska vatten innan avfärd - gulligt! Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt. Nära till restauranger, 10 minuter att gå till stranden. Så himla bra valuta för pengarna. Vi var verkligen så nöjda!

The Hotel was like brandnew. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many things to choose from like Pho, Scrambled eggs and fruits. Motorbike rental was no Problem and cheap. And the Hotel Staff was amazing you could feel that they served us with all of their Heart. Highly recommended and we will return when on cat ba island.
