The Maple Tree Inn is very quaint. Not luxurious fancy, but what they may lack in fancy they more than make up for in hospitality, cleanliness, affordability, and old fashioned friendliness. The staff are very charming and warm. Right off the interstate and close enough to lots and f food choices and shopping.

Renovated room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Bed new and comfortable. Very well lit in all areas of room. Quiet in spite of being near freeway. Exterior still in process of being renovated but interior was updated and was amazing. Thank you Mary and John!

Paula at check-in was excellent! Room was recently remodeled, and was very nice. bed was super comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. Air conditioner worked great. Hot water was super hot black out. Curtains were nice motel close to the freeway but did not hear any traffic would definitely stay again.

Outside looks bad, not even a sign. Rooms were nice though, recently remodeled. Comfy beds. Staff very nice. Breakfast was literally just yogurt and prepackaged muffins. Still for the price the room was nice.

Run down

Very run down. Our room had several holes in the walls where things have been removed but not repaired. Seemed clean enough just run down. Lots of smokers near and it wafted in to our room throughout the stay. The couple running it were very friendly and helpful but room not as advertised. Breakfast was not included as advertised unless the oatmeal packets were it and the office area wasn’t open until 9:00 am to even get the coffee provided.

The place is as uninviting as humanly imaginable on the outside - it looks run down and in the midst of demolition. However, they are actually renovating, and the completed rooms are clean and more than adequate! The only shortcoming was that the tub faucets and shower head were clearly installed by someone with no experience in even basic plumbing - but it all worked!

During our stay we have heard constant fighting from other people staying here, the bath tub has some kind of stain in it making it look very dirty i almost didnt want to take a shower, and then we found cocroaches in our room. I would absolutely never go back here again!!!!

Couldn’t find our reservation. Room wasn’t ready. Moved us to a different room but carpet was being installed so we had to wait. Bed felt like sleeping on a cot. Just skip this place. Not worth the $110.

Our bath tub was disgusting we couldn’t even shower. We had a double bed room but ended up only sleeping on one bed due to something being on the sheets of the other one. You’re right off the highway so if your a light sleeper enjoy hearing the sirens if there are any.

Roaches!!! Fights in parking lot and noisy people banging on the room door in the middle of the night. Had to barricade the door with furniture to sleep safely. Filthy bathroom ~ bought supplies to clean it before use. You get what you pay for was never a truer statement. Never Again!

Under new owner. Remodeling and only 2nd level rooms used with no elevator. No breakfast as was advertised.. Large cracks around door and plumbing fixtures in bathroom. Coffee maker didn't work correctly.

I might have liked the place, Expedia over booked them so i had no hotel room for our party of 8 for my only sons 18th birthday weekend. We were sent to another place gareenteed rooms and wwhen we got there no rooms and expedia couldnt help and the operator didnt speak clear english and was very very hard to to understand. I found a hotel over 40 miles away from our float trip very thankful for that but Expidea will never get my business or any of my familys business ever again.

Hard to find staff to be able to check in or get other help. Dingy, grounds littered with cigarette butts and the room smelled of cigarettes. There was no breakfast...so false advertising.

The place was nice and clean, newly remodel. The staff was friendly. Close to restaurants, only issue I had that the office open later, I’m sure to staffing and being new, but there was a sign on the door if you need to call someone before it was open or after hours. No phones in rooms but that ok we all use cell phones these days. maybe placing a card in the room with the office number and after hours number on it, in the rooms would have been helpful.
