"The room was spotless and the staff was courteous. The one complaint that I had that I called on was we were handed a paper to put on our dash in the parking lot. On the way home I received a notice on my credit card that there was a charge hold for $10.60. I called and questioned that and they said it was a parking charge. Through my check-in and entire state I was never notified that I would be charged $10.60 to park. That was a fee that I was supposed to be notified at the time of check-in and I was not. When I called the hotel I should’ve been offered a refund, but I was not "

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was very nice and the extra stay heads in the shower were a real treat for my aching back. Dinner was outstanding and I guess that is why we were so disappointed in breakfast. Better tasting and larger variety at a Hampton Inn and it’s free there."
