"This hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views (when the weather allows). The rooms are extremely luxurious. We stayed in an Executive Suite, and it was one of the best rooms we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was also incredible. The hotel is a bit far from the main town, but getting around is easy. Grab drivers can pick you up right from the hotel, and the hotel also offers shuttles. Our only feedback is around housekeeping. The room wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected, and even the bed wasn’t properly made after we left for the day. For a hotel of this level, we expected better room service. Aside from that, everything else was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it."

"My wife and I loved our stay at Aliana Boutique while visiting Sapa! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our room on the 5th floor was very spacious with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The gym was a nice bonus, and the on-site restaurant serves some fantastic dishes. Shoutout to Leily at the front desk for arranging transport and tickets to Fansipan Mountain. It’s also an easy walk to the city center and all the main hotspots. Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."

"I had a medical emergency and had to cut my first time to Sapa short so I was only here two nights. At night it's a fairly quiet street, there are two or three bars, foot massage, and Hmong broidery shops very near the hotel. A 5 minute walk and you're in the pedestrian zone with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. So it is in good proximity if you want to be in the vity center. The only put-off is they are demolishing a building right across the street so they start at 7:30 and the noise was a deal breaker if I had the option or time to change rooms from front to back. The rooftop view is amazing, and the breakfast restaurant overlooks the valley, great place to have your morning ritual! Sadly I only got to enjoy it once. The room was clean, water hot and high pressure, bathroom well appointed, bed comfortable, all the necessities are there. I would gladly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be in the town square area - tons of tour guide places nearby to schedule those day trips, and the reception desk quite helpful. "
