"We are having a relaxing stay at this hotel. The pool and poolside restaurant are a perfect way to pass a hot Cairo afternoon. Staff is lovely. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was amazing. Would gladly stay again."
"We stay here often in Cairo, it’s an above average hotel for the price. Lots of restaurants, pool is nice. Be sure and stay in the newer tower rooms, they are significantly nicer and make all the difference. Service is standard for Egypt but has always been good for us. Understanding the culture is important here, a small tip goes along way. Haven’t ever tried the casino or spa."

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :)
Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...
Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive.
I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it.
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the security guards to managers, the staff are all polite, friendly and professional. The place is really welcoming and along with the location (busy but very safe) the outside noise level being very low compared to many hotels in mainland Cairo due to being situated on the island of Zamalek, the hotel's bars, restaurants and pool, there's nothing not to like. The hotel is also spotless. Very highly recommended.
The check-in at 1am was very smooth and the guy at the desk was so processional, welcoming and smiling. We were given a room with Nile view on the 15th floor which was really nice. The room was large and bed was comfortable. There was kettle for tea/coffee and tea bags, water bottles etc; we were given more every time we requested. The room was clean and the whole hotel was clean, though the carpets were a bit dated. The breakfast spread was superb and choices were really extensive. The man who...
Great hotel. A little hidden and hard to find, but once inside it’s really lovey and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
I visited from the UK recently with my daughter. Very nice hotel rooms are clean and comfortable nicely stocked beverages tea coffee etc with fresh water everyday in our room. The SPA facilities are very good and free. Good money exchange although note if your travelling from the UK the machine does not take the new £10 notes
Nice restaurants in the Hotel, food is priced the same as London and not local price. We struggled to find places to eat outside of the Hotel so do your research if you...
This hotel offers a very balanced experience. The location is excellent, close to transportation and major points of interest. The staff were polite and attentive, and the organized tours added great value to our stay. Cleanliness and security were clearly a top priority.
Great hotel - clean spacious room with great amenities! Also an excellent breakfast. Good options for restaurants - the Armenian is highly recommended.
The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around....
