"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5-star rating is because there was no air conditioning. We visited during the summer, and while opening the windows at night was an option, it wasn’t ideal.
