The hotel charged $75 twice for incidentals, $150. I contacted them several times about this on Thursday, August 8, 2024, and Friday, August 9. 2024. The office clerk swore it would be corrected. After not hearing anything for hours the first night, I had to call back only to be told those charges weren't seen. I even provided proof. That Friday, I contacted my bank who also saw both charges almost 10 minutes apart. I contacted the hotel again to speak to the GM, which is what I was told to do the previous day only to be told there was no GM available. I contacted corporate who told me they would handle it and call me back only to never receive a call back. I am very disappointed in how I was handled, how the situation seemed to be disregarded, and I was repeatedly told the funds would eventually be returned when $150 was never supposed to be debited in the first place. This was an inconvenience.
