Found cockroach in room when packing to leave, room had leaves in the back room, floors dirty, gap in the door then at least a 1” gap an opening above the door frame, I could see light from outside poring through the gap and noise from cars and was insane. This is a garbage property in need of a renovation and in need of cleaning staff overhaul. Aretha who is as at checkin was very nice, friendly and welcoming.

Supposed to be a non-smoking room. But there was an ashtray on the desk. NO phone in room to call front desk and complain. Chain lock on door was broken. No hairdryer. shower had mold around ceiling. There was a hole in tub where a fixture was supposed to be. Breakfast ONLY consisted of Waffles and Cereal there was a juice machine but it was empty. hanging rack was rusty. Plaster hanging from the ceiling. Horrible Room. I know I will never stay in a Quality Inn again, and right now I may NEVER use Expedia again. By-the-Way, I have a plethora of pictures to back up this rating. Just let me know where to send them.

The door didn’t shut all the way we had to force it to close it beat it in to open it. Roaches was in the bathrooms the sheets was dirty the room had a funny smell to it I tried to cancel my booking but it was too late NEVER AGAIN the outside of the hotel around back looks even worse

Unfortunately, we didn’t even stay for 10 mins. It was infested with roaches. There were roaches on the bed, bathroom, sink…everywhere. We immediately checked out.

There was hardly anything for breakfast. The breakfast area was dirty. Beds weren't very comfortable and bathroom door mirror was really dirty. It had some updates: floors bedspreads, curtains and new sink and faucet.
