A time to see our son & grandkids
The check in was great very friendly and helpful, one thing I don’t understand is why wasn’t there a comforter on the bed? There were a couple of hairs on the bathroom floor. But I know that can happen! I use to work as housekeeper in a hotel. But over all it was nice and we will stay again. We had to cut our trip short due to the family situation that came up so we cannot stay the whole night!

We got “upgraded to a double queen” instead of a single king. Stayed two nights and never had hot water and wasn’t the only person staying that had that issue. Some of desks and stands didn’t look like they had been cleaned in a while.

Stay last night.
Check in. We were not instructed on how to get to our room. How about "go down this hallway to the second set of elevators up to the 6th floor". The front desk had no information for dinning options in the area after 10pm. Suggestion. The hotel should work with a local pizza place for delivery options to the hotel. Room. Food crumbs under the bed. Shower/tub did not drain well, standing water.

Fully asleep and woken by smoke alarm, guests have no respect walking down the halls to keep their mouths shut, especially keep their kids from running up and down halls like a playground!! 1.5" gap at the bottom of the doors doesn't help. Can't soundproof a room that way. Cable TV only worked on half the channels, movie channels were scrambled mess!

Disappointed
Very disappointed in this hotel. The pool was closed, which was the only reason i booked this hotel, and this was not stated anywhere. Apparently it has been closed for quite some time. The gym was also closed. There were no extra pillows or towels available, i was promised they would be provided the following morning, but they were not. The gentleman that checked me in was not knowledgable and did not inform us of the closures or breakfast times. I called the front desk to verify, but breakfast was shut down 20 min early. The carpet in the room was very stained. The water pressure in the shower was barely more than a trickle, and the hot water only lasted 5 min.
