10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff, specially the lady behind the front desk… We actually came early morning thinking on leaving our luggage to go have breakfast planning on making time for the room to be ready but they actually gave us the courtesy to checking in as soon as we arrived to the hotel ( 10:00 am ) that for us was very nice specially after 6 hours flitting. Very nice Hotel!!

Great staff and good restaurants nearby. Bar in the front has great drinks.

This property is very cute and centrally located in downtown Oaxaca. Near many bars, restaurants, museums, cafes. The beds are phenomenal and the A/C is cold. The attached bar is AMAZING, a do not miss, and the restaurant is very good too. The service at this hotel is impeccable. As a solo female traveler, the single door knob lock was concerning, and I wish there was a safe.

Everything was great, except the WiFi did not work throughout our whole stay.

This is a great place to stay—clean, accessible, affordable, and in the heart of everything. They should invest in additional WiFi routers so guests can use in their rooms. Carlos was so helpful, nice, and attentive 🌟🌟🌟

The hotel looks great on the inside and very safe, the walls are very thin so there is so much noise throughout the night. It would be great is there was some shelving in the bathroom and room.

Close enough and far enough
It was close enough to everything but far enough to get some quiet sleep. The hotel is better in person than the pictures. Everything was clean daily. Would go back anytime stayed for 6 nights very reasonable

Location, location, location. It is super close to everything you need or want to see in Oaxaca. The best restaurants/bars in Oaxaca are no more than a 5-20 minute walk.

Basic. Clean. Close to the sights.

Great location as it was very close to the city center so restaurants, bars, stores were easily accessible. Rooms were great, along with staff, I only dinged the score a little as we were without water for a few hours. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Top hotel in Oaxaca
Excellent location and service, easy to find the hotel and it’s actually top value for money. A special mention to Alma the manager, she is outstanding and very helpful. All the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for the stay in Oaxaca. I booked 3 nights and stayed 9.

Cold showers and no chairs in room or patio. There is a dining type area as you enter but not really a lounging type area.
Dale, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

If you are looking for a place to crash for a few days this would work. No frills. A room with a bed and bathroom and a little closet space. The rooms are small. Good for one or 2 people max. Advertises AC but room 205’s did not work . Good price, fair location , clean room.

Staff was excellent and very friendly Gates locked at night with a watchman Ductless mini-split AC worked but leaked a lot of condensation if left on continuously Expedia said checkout time is 1pm but staff said it is 12pm FYI

Great!
We had a great time and experience here. The A/C works that was a must have and the water was warm. They have wifi which worked great and the tv can connect to your Netflix which was also great. The place is clean and very friendly, they allowed us to check-in early since we arrived sooner than expected. Centrally located we walked to a lot of place which saved us on taxis. There is a laundry about a block away which was great. We where there during the Festival which made it very busy in the city and they have a bar by the entrance which made it loud on a Saturday but I just turned the volume up on the tv and feel asleep. As a person traveling from Nebraska I would give this place five stars!

10/10 Exceptional

Staff are friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Noise travels within the accomodation. A dog was barking incessantly throughout one of the nughts and made it very difficult to sleep, even with my earplugs and ambiant noise. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and fairly large. No issues with water pressure or temperature. The only issue was that I couldnt connect to the wifi in my room so had to use the terrace or reception area. Overall, great place to stay in a convenient location.

6/10 Good

Could be better if ….
Everyone was super nice and it was a pleasant looking place and the rooms was modern with a comfortable bed and a nicely remodeled bath. The bath needed a shelf or two for toiletries because the raised sink makes it he’s to use what little there is of the vanity surface. The toilet lid did not open properly, and the shower would leak into the bath. The hot water takes forever to get there. You have to open the shower like a fire hydrant for three minutes before it gets there. But the pressure is so high that this DOES work. The towels are REALLY old and stained and used. But they are sanitary. Lots of lights in the room. Here are the things that are unacceptable. The curtain in the room needs to be lightproof because there is a lot of artificial light in the atrium that comes in. Also, you need to caulk the door jam and put some type of sweep on the bottom to block noise from the atrium. It isn’t the guests that make too much noise. It’s the guy who comes in at 5am banging and clanging whatever it is he is doing to prepare for the day. Also, why can’t the guests have a key to the gate so they don’t have to wait for someone at night after they ring a bell? I also didn’t like that I had to carry an actual key around. The doors were flimsy and not very secure and they had a keyed lock which is also easy to compromise. There is no other security on the door so female solo guests may feel less safe, although the hotel seems very secured. Well located in Centro.

Så meget larm…
Der var så meget larm på dette hotel. Baren tilknyttet hotellet spillede så høj musik og hotellet lod bargæsterne ind i hotellets gård, hvilket gjorde det umuligt at sove…
