I've stayed at this property several times and this was the only time I didn't have a good experience. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom and plumbing were in poor shape and need of repair, and the cleanliness wasn't up to par.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Booked this reservation months ago. Called the day of to make sure my room was noted for a late check in. Arrived and my reservation was given to someone else and the manager said to me "oh well nothing I can do" Unacceptable. We are seniors and had to stay up ALL NIGHT with NO room. The list goes on....
