First, I want to give kudos to all staff, all very helpful and friendly! Nice selection for breakfast. However, we had to change rooms because the refrigerator did not work. The ice machine did not work on our floor, so we had to get ice from another floor. You could only get internet by signing up to become a Hilton member. Had trouble doing that. The TV was not working properly and when we called the desk, they said they were having problems with it. There was a small blood stain on the top sheet, yuck! 😫 Air fresheners would be helpful in the rooms.
