Very good!
The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos—super well-located, clean, and comfortable. The room is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Alessandra was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great place! Super close to the train station, walking distance to many sites. Comfortable room, clean and control access to room’s A/C as Rome was very hot during our stay which was welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay at Hold Rome, the apartment was clean and well taken care of. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast room was a very nice addition to this property.

This hotel does not look like a hotel on the outside BUT, when you reach the first floor and get in…it is nice, clean, lovely! It has a little kitchen area with goodies. Very close to the Roma Termini station. This hotel saved me and my family after a last minute cancellation at another place due to power outage.

Very convenient to train station and colloseum. Other venues require transportation or longer walks. Hosts were very welcoming.

Truly enjoyed the experience at Hold Rome. I stayed in the room with my mom and niece and it was still very spacious and the convenience to Termini was incredible. Highly recommend this site. Joseph

Solid
Very nice staff who spoke English. Our room and bathroom were roomy, which is not what we were expecting in Europe. The AC was powerful. There is a nearby restaurant called Cecio which was our favorite. Very close to the train station and airport bus terminals.

Good Accomodation!
A great location to base yourself for exploring all Rome has to offer. Close to the Metro/Train/Bus station as well as easy to walk to the main attractions. The lady is very friendly, helpful (offered us to leave our bags after we checked out). The breakfast offered Cereal, Tea/Coffee amongst a selection of other items. The room had good aircon, a good tv and a pleasant bathroom/room all in all. A great place to stay if you want to spend your time exploring Rome and have a little base to stay!

8/10 Very good

The property is well located relative to proximity to Roma Termini, but the “non-human” check in process was awkward. Internet connectivity was spotty.
James, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The property is ok. The surround area is kind of dirty. It very close to the main train station which is excellent. There are a lot of restaurants around. The bad thing is that the AC stopped working and it was impossible to sleep. I had to email the owner to get At Least a Fan.
Daniel, 5-night trip

4/10 Fair

We did not know that is bed and breakfast inn. Nine days the host never cleaned the floor. Towels were changed only on the fifth day and as per request. Last day we asked the owner to open the door to the kitchen early because we needed to leave for the flight earlier but the kitchen was closed.
Elvira, 8-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was nice and as expected. The pictures are pretty accurate. The main big drawback was that the air condition was not functioning our whole stay and that was a pain with temperatures up to 35 degrees celcius. They also requested me to send pictures of passport over mail, which is almost unacceptable and a big security consern. Other than that, this was Ok.
2-night trip

6/10 Good

We were disappointed in check in to be advised AC not working. It was extremely hot and apt faces south. Room would not cool until 4 am.

Too Expensive, Many Details That Didn`t Click.
Not worth the money. It’s not a hotel in the general meaning. You have to be able to manage on your own. During our stay the wifi didn`t work. We had trouble with the lock and key. On two nights we could not open the door to the apartment so we had to phone someone who opened the door remotely. Towels changed but we were only given schampoo for the first of our three nights. Room not ready on arrival even though we arrived an hour later than when the room was promised at hotels.com. Area shabby and dirty. Probably not safe after dark. AC worked well though which was a blessing in the 30 degree heat. Stay here again? Probably not.

Close to the station, small self service accom
This is a self service hotel, which is in the middle of an apartment block. Front door is really hidden and no staff on site. Ok for 1 nights stay and close to the station

Location strategica e bel fatta.
