This was a perfect hotel for a convention. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great and practical for our purposes. They had gym facilities and a breakfast/bar attached. For the length of our stay which was 3 nights, we did not have access to housekeeping but they said we could request more towels or whatever we needed. There were some loud thumps above us which we could never figure out what they were (definitely not steps) but it didn’t impact our stay.

Such a great hotel in a premier location! Big thanks to the staff especially Jennifer, who made our welcome, very welcoming! Not only was she jus kind, funny and courteous but she also took care of us by making sure we were checked in with ZERO hassles & got us a room super quick!
