Never again!
Three friends traveling together, one needing an accessible room, two others sharing a room. Connecting rooms were requested. Accessible and connecting were confirmed by hotel in two separate messages. When arrived late afternoon, much confusion by the two people in charge. We were told often "we don't have any accessible rooms" with a what are you possibly thinking we should have voice..... and then once haltingly, by a man who was called to the desk to "help", as a cover it seemed, "accessible rooms are under renovation down there". And no connecting rooms so we could help our friend, if needed. The attitudes by the two staff were so unhospitable and very poor mentoring for the young woman who was being trained on her first day on the job.
We stayed the night but never will again and recommend others don't try if you have someone who needs special help. The hotel seems to not care at all. Wonder who wrote the confirming messages?
