Below expectations
I don’t wanna talk about this, but it’s negative. From the smelly room to an inefficient HVCA, you don’t get the value of your pay. I mean, issue with them is why would they charge that amount if they can’t even provide a complementary breakfast. Lastly, I don’t know why people lodge in the hotel in the first place. I was disappointed.

Lack of info in the room
When we got to the room there was a menu but no hours of operation. No check out time, no location and times for the pool. There was a poster by the elevator we saw after leaving the room. It needs to be in the room so plans can be made for each day.

I enjoy the nearby restaurants and pubs, which is why we appreciate this hotel. The hot tub feels great. The pool is cold, so I don't usually go in that. The rooms are clean and generally quiet. It had moments of noise the last stay, as we were near the elevator and people coming back were excited and louder during the night.
