Unfortunately we ran into nothing but trouble with the front desk. All members of our party (3 rooms total) struggled with check in and check out, all with different staff. They struggled with charging the right credit cards and were simply unsure how to use their system. Additionally we had to move rooms twice due to the air conditioning not working.
