Prior to arrival in the evening we had no email with information to get access from hotels.com even though we had told them our expected arrival time. By calling the owner directly they provided the information directly. The next day we received the email with entry details from Hotel.com.
We had problems with wifi but owners sorted it out. Bedding was old and pilled and towels very rough. Also kitchen was rather poorly stocked as if it had not been checked after previous guests.
Room was spacious even if basic. A Good central location.
